Evaluation, determining level of mark-post and performance improvement are three important steps in benchmarking. In this paper, for two master businesses (distribution and sorting) in one logistics system, benchmarking implementation strategy is designed, and it is key to discuss the problems about system evaluation and mark-post quantification. Thereinto, the system is evaluated by means of fuzzy set theory, trough comparing evaluation result, a score of ideal performance is set. Furthermore, according to the route of hierarchical calculating of fuzzy evaluation, a set of improved fuzzy values for each operation at the bottom of system hierarchy is reckoned against fuzzy evaluation calculating route. Finally, it expatriate on the meaning of benchmark combined with DEA and the effect of small mark-post (virtual DMU0 ) for DEA

Hydraulic Straightening Machines are applied in the Manufacturing field extensively. For different kind of products the straightening methods are disparate. Viewing research results from multi-sides, there are two main-streams: 1) Considering spring-back straightening method. 2) Assisting straightening method used digital modeling (for example, FEM, Finite Element Method). According to straightening technology characteristics of big steel beam, the intelligent method of self-study is put forward to assist straightening, and then realization mechanism of intelligent system is analyzed. For the purpose of realizing stability control on straightening quality, the process flow of intelligent system is designed. Finally, the implementation module of ensuring quality consistency is described, and the quality evaluation method is designed.

In order to implement more scientifically, though setting up hierarchy framework for logistics enterprise benchmarking, the contents and key steps covered in this system is illuminated. Using the method of combining benchmarking with data envelopment analysis (DEA) in the paper, the selecting issue of candidate benchmark enterprises is resolved in benchmarking implementation. Firstly, with method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the performance evaluation of multi-level framework is carry out. Secondly, with a approach of fuzzy relation equation on reverse issue for solving multi-object decision, the a series of expectation values are resolved, namely small benchmark. By means of discussing in conclusion, it is explained that small benchmark can be concerned with DEA. Some methods, in which virtual data management unit (DMU) is universally used, are replaced, so the issues that DMU is not accord with fact are resolved.

The logistic distribution center processing includes extensive contents. The index system of logistics center processing is analyzed and established by fuzzy evaluation method. After assigning weight to a set of influencing factors, it is implemented that performance of the logistics center processing is evaluated synthetically. By means of derivation and demonstration, the definite evaluation result is given.
