A genetic algorithm (GA) based redundant ring topology optimization algorithm is developed to improve the real-time and reliability performance of an IEEE 802.11 based industrial wireless network. The topology design is considered as multi-objective optimization problem, which should minimize the aggregate inner-subnet transmission burden, and balance inner-subnet transmission burden evenly.

This paper put forward a scheme to form perlite sound absorption boards by vibration molding according to the material properties and the characteristics of vibration forming method. In the trial, the feasibility and reliability of this method were confirmed by studying on the effect law of the working pressure, frequency and vibration force to the quality of the perlite sound absorption board. Besides, a series of recommended parameters better to forming was proposed. Through the discussion on the characteristics of the perlite sound absorption board after vibration molding, it is verified that different molding methods have a great influence on the quality and performance of the perlite sound absorption board. In addition, the conclusion which provides a basis for further research on forming method of similar boards shows that the density of the finished products formed by vibration molding method is more uniform.

Based on structure first approach, proposed the constraint expressions of blade which have fine structure. On this basis, established a mathematical model for blade geometry based on Structure first approach. As the objective function is non-linear expressions, based on nonlinear programming method, by using fmincon of MATLAB software, solved the objective function and got optimized airfoil blade chord length of all cross-section and pitch angle. Finally compared tne results with the Wilson method.

As a new kind of efficient, non-polluting and recyclable utilization of energy resource, Zinc-air battery has attained more and more attention in the world. The thickness of electrode is an important parameter for the quality of the battery. This thesis used Laser CCD technology in measuring the thickness of electrode. Laser CCD technology is a non-contact, high-sensitivity, high accuracy, high efficiency, it is one of the most advanced test technologies in the field of the test technology. In the detection of zinc-air battery electrode thickness, using CCD as thickness sensor, using ARM9 as the processer core, touch screen to display the data of thickness, the entire system is so highly precise, reliable, friendly and full-featured that has met the requirements of expectations.

This paper firstly established a three-dimensional modal of gear and rack transmission system. By using finite element analysis software the model is analyzed and the first six natural frequencies of the gear and rack transmission system are acquired. According to the natural frequencies, actual working speed can be adjusted to avoid resonance. In light of the modal analysis, the transient dynamic finite element model of the gear and rack transmission system is established for the transient dynamic analysis. According to the equivalent stress contour of the gear and rack in contact progress at various times and based on transient dynamic analysis, contact strength and bending strength of the gear are verified and the maximum equivalent stress position is found, providing a theoretical basis for the optimization of the gear and rack.

The control method using the MODBUS communication method between Emersons PLC and Inovance frequency converter is presented. The important parameter for communication is listed. Some examples of program is presented too. This method which has been successfully applied to the machine of spark plug. It is very convenient to control the frequency converter, include starting,changing speed and stoping.

MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System, Universal Monitoring System) is a set of configuration software for rapidly constructing and generating computer monitoring system. It can provide solutions, which solve practical engineering program, and also be run on the Microsoft (all 32-bit Windows platform). The data, which is acquainted on site, can be displayed with a variety of ways, such as animation, alarm processing, process control, real-time curve, the historical curve and the report output. It takes full advantage of the Windows’ features, such as graphics, good interface consistency, easy-to-use, so it has a more widespread application in the automation field. The tensile test machine control system was designed on the basis of MCGS software industrial control system.

Automatic mold manipulator control system uses Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the control core, KINCO servo system as the main control object, and MCGS touch screen as the terminals. By the use of the external sensors to detect the trigger signal and drive the actuator, and then the manipulator can auto-complete the four process flow operation: feeding - Drawing - Anti-pulling – Punching in each position, which is capable to avoid the risk of manual operation and the shortcomings of low productivity, achieve automation and intelligent of the production, and improve the product quality.

Continuous production process will be realized by dry-powder-embedded Zinc-air battery pole manufacturing line, which has important significance on the spread and application of Zinc-air. Tension is the most important factor of the electrode moulding quality. The force of current collector should be kept constant. Control performance of PID algorithm and fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm were researched. Based on MATLAB/ Simulink toolbox, they were compared. The results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm can adapt to various conditions, and provides better control performance for the line. Fuzzy PID algorithm was realized by graphical language LabVIEW.

This paper mainly presents Zinc-air battery on-line detection system, The research of the on-line detection system was based on zinc-air battery production line. Using arm embedded microprocessor as the detection system core. Using sensors detect material¿humidity and temperature, roller pressure in the production process, design the hardware and software platform of this detection system, and achieve the function of zinc-air battery-line detection system. There is great significance for zinc-air battery-line realize standing production.
