为了有效提高黄壤烟田土壤对氮素的吸持能力,降低氮素流失对环境造成的影响,通过土壤培养试验和等温吸附试验研究了商品有机肥-膨润土-腐植酸(HA)配制成的土壤调理剂对黄壤铵态氮(NH 4 + -N)吸持特性的影响。结果表明,在本试验条件下,土壤调理剂对土壤NH 4 + -N吸附的影响随着培养时间的延长表现出逐渐增加的趋势,土壤培养60 d氮素吸附量达到最高值546.34 mg/kg。各处理NH 4 + -N的等温吸附曲线可以用Langmuir方程很好地拟合。随着土壤调理剂用量的增加,土壤NH 4 + -N最大吸附量 Q max 也逐渐提高。土壤调理剂中腐植酸的添加比例可以调节黄壤对NH 4 + -N的吸持能力,调理剂中腐植酸添加量为20%时,黄壤对NH 4 + -N的吸附容量和强度指标均显著增加。在烤烟生产上可选择有机肥-膨润土-腐植酸三者配比为6:2:2的土壤调理剂,且根据不同烟田土壤肥力状况确定具体施用量。土壤调理剂能有效地调控黄壤氮素容量和强度指标,对黄壤NH 4 + -N吸持力具有明显的促进作用,在生产上可保证烤烟前期生长对氮素营养的需求,同时降低氮素的环境风险。
