As it has many advantages like fast and stable, its application prospects will be broad in the life. The wireless transmission module circuit based on WIFI module was implemented in the paper. The main communication flow chart is described in detail.

Design of Parts Processing and Control System Based on PLC

This article focuses on the design of parts processing and control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. The purpose of this study is to learn and become familiar with the Siemens S7-200PLC hardware parameters and the use of programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9, and design a rational and effective parts processing and control system. This paper firstly describes the development history and development status of the PLC, so that readers can understand the PLC briefly. Secondly, the article shows some important technical parameters such as Siemens S7-200PLC CPU model, hardware configuration and so on. It is to clarify the basic component of parts processing and control system and its working principle, and the role of Siemens PLC in the system. Finally, according to specific design requirements, programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is used to program for the system so that the system can operate effectively and reasonably. The study successfully achieved the desired goals, through reasonable programming made PLC take the full control of parts processing in this system..

This paper introduces a design of the High Precision Electronic Scale Design Based on MCU, Hardware circuit reaches data processing by the control unit which based on MCU, and The MCU gathers data by weighting sensor, then the LM331 makes V/F transform, and the transformed data then transferred to MCU for display processing. At last, the LCD would show it out steadily without twinkling. The paper mainly puts forward the scheme and software design idea, hardware design.

A Temperature Detecting System Based on DS18B20

To overcome the defects of traditional temperature detecting devices, this paper introduces a temperature detecting system based on 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20. It consists of programmable resolution 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20, single chip microcomputer (SCM) AT89C51, and the peripheral circuits. The temperature data can be displayed on a liquid crystal display and simultaneously transmitted to a personal computer (PC) via serial interface for remote monitoring after it is detected by sensors. The operating process of DS18B20 and the connection between AT89C51 and PC are introduced in detail. We also provide the main program flowchart and the flowchart of accessing DS18B20 in this paper. The simulation of the whole process is successfully implemented with software PROTEUS. This system can be widely applied in environment monitoring and process control.
