Computer fast scan modeling for converter valves starts with 3D modeling technology based on computer geometry modeling, visual modeling technology based on depth of field sensors, automatic layered reconstruction technology of internal and external parts models of electrical equipment, developing the rapid layering construction technology research of a panoramic model for electrical equipment. Taking the converter valve as the object, the traditional 3D modeling, fast scanning modeling and model layering are determined, and a computer-identifiable model is created using fast depth-of-field scanning technology, and a refined 3D model of the traditional design stage is hierarchically displayed. Realize the all-round display of the interior and exterior parts of the power equipment model on the job site.

In power grid inspection operations, there is an urgent need for mobile workflows based on power scenarios for on-site process management. This paper studies the workflow engine technology for power grid inspection operations, and designs a simple and easy-to-use mobile workflow architecture to guide on-site inspections for the workflow application scenarios and augmented reality technologies under different operating scenarios of power grid power distribution and power distribution. Operators perform workflows quickly and accurately based on augmented reality technology. The workflow execution client is designed to work collaboratively with the power mobile job client state manager to manage the workflow task through long connection and SMS methods, so as to avoid the problem that the mobile workflow cannot maintain the operation in poor communication conditions, and the power mobile job client state management The implements and workflow process executors work together to manage the mobile workflow tasks and implement a mobile workflow based on the power grid inspection operation scenario.

In the field of the power supply enterprise, it is urgent to use the mobile workflow to carry out the process management. This paper adopts low coupling and high available workflow design, which design the workflow client through the long connection and SMS with the power mobile operation state manager collaborative managing workflow task and keeping the mobile workflow running in the poor communication condition. Power mobile operation client state management and workflow execution collaboration manage mobile workflow tasks, which achieve high available workflow based on the low cost.
