Control and Protective Switching Device PCB Test System Based on Virtual Instrument

This paper presents an intelligent test system for printed circuit board of control and protective switching device. The optical isolation circuits and signal conditioning circuits are applied in the system to realize signal conversion. PCI-6133 and PCI-6229 are used for data acquisition. Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench is employed to develop testing software completing data processing, waveform display, calculation and analysis. The operation result indicates that the intelligent test system has high precision, strong anti-interference, high efficiency and good real-time properties.

Design of Comprehensive Performance Test System for Residual Current Fire Monitoring Detector Based on Virtual Instrument Technology

Aiming at the need of detecting the residual current fire monitoring detector, an intelligent test system based on virtual instrument technology was designed. This system was composed of industrial computer, data acquisition card, signal conditioning circuit, three-phase great current generator and pneumatic fixture, etc. Using Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology platform, the related test and data processing program codes were developed, and its high speed data acquisition and data processing satisfied the needs of ex-factory comprehensive performance test for residual current fire monitoring detector. The hardware design was given and the working principles of this generator were introduced, the module design of system software was also introduced in detail. Practical application shows that the intelligent test system features with stable and reliable, easy to operate and maintain, high precision and can improve the design and performance of products, which can be widely used.

Design of test system for control and protective switching devices control board

In order to satisfy the needs of effective and accurate test for the control board of control and protective switching devices, an automatic test system based on LabVIEW was studied in this paper. The system used high-speed acquisition card to output control signals and acquire the test signals during the test; the software developed by LabVIEW was used to acquire and analyze the test signals to realize measurement, display, analysis, preservation of the corresponding signals. The hardware configuration and software design of the test system are introduced in detail. This test system could carry out an automatic test for power supply circuit, the current sampling circuit, the heat capacity-voltage circuit, short input pulse signal waveform, and release voltage waveform of the CB1 control board in real time. The application shows that the designed system has the advantages of used easily, friendly interface and high efficiency monitoring and so on.

Design of performance parameter automatic measurement system for intelligent motor soft starter

The measurement of intelligent motor soft starter performance parameter is an important means to develop new product and guarantee product quality. Based on requirement analysis, an automatic measurement system of performance parameter for intelligent motor soft starter based on virtual instrument technology was designed and implemented. This system was composed of industrial computer, data acquisition card and signal conditioning circuit, etc. Using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology platform, the related test and data processing program codes were developed, and its high-speed data acquisition and data processing satisfied the needs of ex-factory performance parameter measurement for intelligent motor soft starter. The hardware design was given and the working principles of this system were introduced, the module design of system software was also introduced in detail. Practical application shows that the intelligent measurement system features with high precision, strong disturbance attenuation, high efficiency, easy to operate and maintain, and can improve the design and performance of products, which can be widely used. The system provides an effective way to design the performance parameter measurement system for intelligent motor soft starter.
