Timely monitoring and controlling light intensity,temperature,air humidity, soil moisture by Siemens (LOGO!) and analyzing and regulating,which comprised the controlling system for vegetable greenhouse. Controlling greenhouse shutter, filling light, moisturizing, dehumidifying and ventilating for vegetables automatically or artificially, the robust growth of vegetables is achieved in relatively appropriate environment in greenhouse.

In order to solve the problem that manual cleaning high-altitude monitoring camera is difficult and risky, the scheme that mobile knee-type robot with three degrees of freedom cleans the monitoring probe instead of worker is proposed, and the control system based on MCU is designed. The hardware and program design is finished, which includes movement of manipulator, cameras jet cleaning with high-pressure spray gun, drying of cameras surface, ultrasonic obstacle avoidance, camera monitoring and image processing module. At last, the experiment and test for the cleaning robot prototype are carried out.

In order to reduce production cost and simplify programming, the miniature programmable logic controller is designed, which realized restructure of the master control module based on STM32, and completed the control for external actuators through digital input and output module. Upper PC machine is used to monitor the running status of the controller with exchanging data through serial communication module.

In order to realize the reverse design of human bodys curve, the curves parameter conversion and reconstruction based on non-contact measuring system are studied in the paper. Firstly, obtain the model of point cloud data by the non-contact measurement system, and then import the data into reverse the engineering software Geomagic. Second, process the point cloud data with the method of human characteristic curves and surfaces division, structure fitting surface, and get the three-dimensional reconstruction model of human bodys point cloud data. Lastly, import the model into the forward design software Solidworks with different methods and edit it. Then finish the parameter conversion from Geomagic to the forward design software. The reconstruction method has a good value in reverse design of the mold.

In order to realize the intelligent recognition for the maturity grade of fresh corn ear, intelligent inspection system was studied based on computer vision, which could automatically complete the collection and handling of ear graphic and the recognition of maturity of the corn ear. Based on the study, a kind of intelligent recognition method was put forward under the graphic of certain frequency domain. An energy chain was established, and the characters of energy spectrum was extracted through the two-dimensional inverse discrete Fourier transformation on the graphics collected. With the above characters, a probabilistic neural network was developed, the accuracy rate of the recognition method could be 96.7%.

The operation control of coke oven electric locomotive is an essential component of automatic control of coking manufacture. It is the main problem that coking enterprises should deal with in order to ensure the safety of production. In order to change and improve the actuality of manual driving, low positioning precision, high labor intensity and low producing efficiency, this paper proposes a practical and reliable automatic control scheme of electric locomotive based on successful experiences domestic and oversea.This scheme solves the key problem of electric locomotive automatic control-precision positioning, which containes a three-laser contraposition sensor and a positioning and lightproof piece used to ensure the accuracy of parking position detection, and a segmented deceleration control method used to ensure the automatism of parking brake. According to calculations and analysis, it is shown that the scheme could meet the system precision positioning requirements.

Group supporting information management system of the designated assemble line can real-time track the assembly processes of production line, count and analyze the parts plan output, plan working time, actual output, actual working time, spare parts inventory and other relevant data of production line in the production of the various stages, to improve and define the parts in the technological process of the production line, ensure the problems in the assembly process of the production line can be processed in time, to ensure the assembly parts can be matched not only on the production but also on the time of nodes of planned versus actual in the process of production assembly line,. This system has been put into commercial production; showed the effectiveness of the system.

The uniformity of thickness of insulation layer on communication cable is an important technique index to guarantee the communication cable has good mechanical and physical properties. Therefore the control method for uniformity of insulation layer on communication cable is desiderated to be researched. In this paper, a control system which took two laser displacement sensors as a detection unit, a CS1G-H PLC of OMRON as a central control unit, two servo drivers and two servo motors of the SMARTSTEP-A series of OMRON as a servo system, a touch screen as a man-machine interface and applied PID and PDFF control algorithms was designed. The system was proved that the operation was reliable and the desired requirements could be achieved based on laboratory simulation and debugging.

Automation monitoring system collects data from the assembly line of automation equipment and processes. The machine status and alarm data are displayed on the screen to prompt management personnel resolve the problem immediately; the LED of the workshop shows the yield information, and summarizes the current date and the output information of various types of engine; quality data is divided categorized and stored to be the base of the quality of the product line into the market. Provide assurance for the query and analysis of the quality management system; the improvement of the production quality and efficiency; and the traceability of the products. The system has been put into the production of commerce and can show the effectiveness of the system.

A novel kind of double-hemisphere rolling gear globoidal indexing cam mechanism was proposed,which can satisfy high speed and precision motion requirement. Fundamental principle and meshing characteristics were studied based on conjugate surface principle. Pure rolling of the transmision mechanism was applicated in engineering,and combination property was improved.
