Ya Ping Wang; Guihua Han; Jianghua Ge; Jingrui Qi; Jianyuan Xu

This paper proposed demand-driven personalized product configuration design method. A variety of customer orders were clustered and fuzzy transformed; using ontologys feature to establish customer demand ontology model; in order to enable the product family to meet the dynamic demand of customers, established mapping relationship of customer demands and product family; using ontology to express product family model, achieved mapping of customer needs ontology and product family ontology, and improved efficiency of product configuration. Finally, we take planetary reducer as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.

Xiulin Sui; Jianghua Ge; Jingrui Qi; Ya Ping Wang; He Sun

Considering that the semantic difference in customer demand knowledge and product configuration knowledge caused the problem of poor configuration accuracy in mass customization, an ontology configuration method oriented to individual demand is proposed. The functional ontology model of customer demand and the function-structure-part level ontology model of product family are constructed; this paper uses the combination method of semantic similarity and semantic relevancy to map between ontology, multi-level match between the functional demands and the product family is realized; finally, an example of a reducer is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method. Through the semantic mapping between ontology, the knowledge sharing of demand field and product family field are realized, configuration efficiency is increased, individual demand is satisfied quickly.

Xiu Lin Sui; Ping Zhao; Ya Ping Wang

Aiming at NC milling processing error problem, ball-end milling cutter is taken as researching object, its the stressed deformation, heated deformation, tool wear and workpieces’ heated deformation are modeled. The milling comprehensive error at all coordinate directions are obtained with superposition method. Corresponding error prediction and compensation scheme are put forward, and milling error models are tested and verified through experiments, thus to make try cutting cost reduce and processing efficiency improve, to lay the foundation for NC milling machining simulation system improvement.

Multisensor Fused Fault Diagnosis for Rotation Machinery Based on Supervised Second-Order Tensor Locality Preserving Projection and Weighted -Nearest Neighbor Classifier under Assembled Matrix Distance Metric

Fen Wei; Gang Wang; Bingyin Ren; Jianghua Ge; Ya Ping Wang

In order to sufficiently capture the useful fault-related information available in the multiple vibration sensors used in rotation machinery, while concurrently avoiding the introduction of the limitation of dimensionality, a new fault diagnosis method for rotation machinery based on supervised second-order tensor locality preserving projection (SSTLPP) and weighted k-nearest neighbor classifier (WKNNC) with an assembled matrix distance metric (AMDM) is presented. Second-order tensor representation of multisensor fused conditional features is employed to replace the prevailing vector description of features from a single sensor. Then, an SSTLPP algorithm under AMDM (SSTLPP-AMDM) is presented to realize dimensional reduction of original high-dimensional feature tensor. Compared with classical second-order tensor locality preserving projection (STLPP), the SSTLPP-AMDM algorithm not only considers both local neighbor information and class label information but also replaces the existing Frobenius distance measure with AMDM for construction of the similarity weighting matrix. Finally, the obtained low-dimensional feature tensor is input into WKNNC with AMDM to implement the fault diagnosis of the rotation machinery. A fault diagnosis experiment is performed for a gearbox which demonstrates that the second-order tensor formed multisensor fused fault data has good results for multisensor fusion fault diagnosis and the formulated fault diagnosis method can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy.

With the increasing of market demand for finned tube and fin tube processing equipment in China continued to deepen, the problems of the inefficient study design a new type of finned tube winding machine in order to solve the traditional winding machine problem such as low efficiency and the unstable quality. Using a design method for assembly , complete design parameters to calculate the main structure of the feeding and winding device and implementing the device on three dimensional Assembly based on CATIA modeling process. Finally, to verify the overall structural design rationality, we have created a virtual prototype of finned tubes and motion simulation and the collision detection also be done.

Jiang Hua Ge; Jing Rui Qi; Ya Ping Wang; He Sun

Considering the problem of weak relational expression between the components and parts leads to low configuration efficiency, which is based on structure product configuration, this paper proposes a combination of the rule and structure method. In the modeling process, this paper uses structure-based configuration method to describe structural information and rule-based configuration method to describe the restrained relation of components and parts, and enhances the constraint of the parts. In the solving process, this paper uses two-stage sequential searching method to search, and improves the ability of solution. Finally, this paper takes reducer as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

Gui Hua Han; Ya Ping Wang; Yan Chun Zhong; Jun Peng Shao; Xiao Dong Yu; Yan Qin Zhang

A scheme of improving performance of hydrostatic journal support was presented, that is, control journal support pose by controlling flow of four controllable chambers and Coupling various oil film thickness, to assure journal support expected pose; Chamber flow can be regulated by electro hydraulic servo valve-control variable pump according to the surface roughness, load, cutting force, and thermal results of journal support. The mathematical model of the controllable chambers flow, servo variable mechanism and controller were built; the pose control model was established, which contain the kinematics positive and negative solution and control strategy of hydraulic cylinder position feedback; Hardware-in-loop simulation experiment was carried on the electro hydraulic servo test bench by mean of the non-linear relation of film thickness and the hydraulic cylinder displacement. Simulation and Hardware-in-loop simulation experiment results show that the controllable journal support exhibit high oil film rigidity can stably and quickly track the expected goal and can be broadly applied in high precision heavy horizontal machine tool.

Based on product configuration and modular design, a product rapid design method for customer individual requirements was proposed. Aiming at the product configuration correlation of this product rapid design method, we classify the product in accordance with the product functional modular classification principle, define the correlation between the functional modules, set up the correlation matrix between each module and recognize the customer demand of individual product configuration immediately by using the exclusion algorithm. At last, taking multimedia LCD projector as paradigm, we verify this method.

Xiu Lin Sui; Jia Tai Zhang; Jiang Hua Ge; Ya Ping Wang; H. Yuan

A parameter equation based on cutting edge of ball-end mill is set up by analyzing the parameters of ball-end mill influence the milling force in virtual NC milling process. The relationship among elemental cutting force, instantaneous radial chip thickness and cutting edge length is analyzed, and the dynamic milling force of ball-end mill at arbitrary feed direction is established. The milling force parameter model by quadratic regression equation in different cutting conditions is built. Through experiments in NC machining center and using orthogonal combination and principal components analysis, the regression coefficients are calculated. The correctness of milling force model is testified by experiments. All these can provide theoretical basis for physics modeling and simulation of virtual numerical control milling.
