We collected the information about female students of one B. Sc. class and their lectures in university for preparation their social graph. Then we compared their social graphs by different layouts. The centralities of both groups were obtained by social network professional software. Finally the centralities of them were compared and discussed.

Existing methods of information security risk management is designed for organizations, generalization of these methods for e-government is problematic (or impossible). In this paper, we propose an approach based on extreme value theory for e-government information security risk assessment.

Big Data technologies provide approaches and tools that are essential for the competitive development of the oil and gas industry. Interests of the oil and gas companies towards the Big Data are growing against the backdrop of the plummeting oil prices in the global energy market. An imperative prerequisite for the effective implementation on this steer is to establish a strategy organically correlated to the general corporate strategy. To this end, in this paper, we consider the development of Big Data strategy for the oil and gas industry. Moreover, the paper analyzes the potential of Big Data technology and Big Data sources in the oil and gas industry, Big Data application experience in oil and gas companies and the existing problems in the field of data management. We also define the general principles and direction of the formation and implementation of Big Data strategy.

This paper proposes a novel fusion method for summarization of surveillance videos based on extracted key positions of spotted objects in observed area. Accumulated energy of object is calculated by analyzing its motion pattern for key position extraction. The method allows to summarize long videos into a single index frame. Experimental results demonstrate its effectiveness.

This paper discusses various methods for channel compensation to effectively reduce errors in speech data transmitted through different channels in order to increase the accuracy of speaker recognition system. The aim of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the channel distortions and noise effects on speech. Methods used for channel equalization and compensation in order to improve the efficiency of speaker verification and identification systems over various communication channels are described. A scalable approach for probabilistic linear discriminant analysis for speaker recognition is presented.

Operative response to incidents is an important aspect of information security management. In the modern information systems, each day can be hundreds of information security incidents. Since resources of the incident response teams are limited, simultaneous processing of several incidents requires determination the incident priorities and distribution of resources among them in accordance with priorities. The paper highlights the main factors affecting the priority of information security incidents and proposes a method for prioritizing incidents based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.

Speech signal contains information not only connected to the pronounced phrase, but also data about speaker, language, environment, emotional state of the speaker. The main objective of the research is development of methods and algorithms increasing the precision of speaker recognition preserving acceptable indicators on computational complexity. Extraction of vectors of speech signal is an important stage of speaker recognition. Method based on Hilbert-Huang transform considering instability and non-linearity of human speech, as well as effective noise cancelling of the spectrum was proposed in the article.

We gathered the information about a group of female B. Sc. students at university for preparing their degree centralities. The degree centralities of this group were obtained by social network professional software in seven weeks. Finally the changes of degree centrality in these weeks are presented as charts and their differences were discussed.

One of the most important and the most difficult tasks encountered in the e-government building is the providing reliable and trusted information security for e-government. In this paper are identified actual research problems in the field of the e-government information security management and the state-of-the-art of this problems are analyzed. The new threats to the information infrastructure of the e-government, and qualitative changes of the threats are analyzed in details. The basic difficulties have been shown in the adapting of the traditional security models to a complex object as e-government.

National information space consists of the segments which are consist of the followings: distributed information resources which has different software-technical platform; telecommunication infrastructure and methods of coherency. These segments are being formed, coordinated and continuously developed by the scientific-technical conception. This process is the task of national security. On population and migration segment the personal data is gathered by the government, private and social sector. The following tasks are defined in conception: gathering personal data, protection, general principles and requirements; formation the segment, outline of coordination and development models; problems to be being solved and dependencies between them; coherency nodes of information resources and requirement for the new standards of the segment.
