The comprehensive properties of the developed warmth retention underwear fabrics and other three selected samples were evaluated by Fuzzy mathematics in the paper. First, on the basis of analysis of the required performance of warmth retention underwear fabrics, the evaluation metrics were determined. Then we used Fuzzy mathematics to establish the comprehensive evaluation model, and with this modle, the comprehensive properties of the four underwear fabric sample were evaluated.The evaluation result showed that wool cover cleancool fiber double-layer underwear fabrics has the best comprehensive property, it is suitable for making high quality warmth retention underwear.

Based on principles of the differential effect and the wicking effect, the coolmax fiber and the cotton fiber were selected as raw materials, and with these materials, a kind of special functional double-sided pique fabric was developed on the double-sided knitting machine. The designing principles of the fabric and the designing methods and technical parameters are mainly introduced in this paper, the machine selection and main matters that need pay more attention to during the producing of the fabric are also pointed out.

The paper briefly introduces main characteristics of chitin fibre, primary issues of wool knitted materials application in next-to-skin apparel and design of applying chitin to different wool fibre fabric. It focuses on design processes of knitted fabric, including principle of materials proportion and specification, and technique of fabric texture design. Notices regarding needles arrangement, knitting notation, and cam-setting etc. during fabric knitting, as well as production basis are also presented hereon.

Fuzzy mathematics were used to evaluate the comprehensive property of fabrics in this paper. This is because fabrics are good or bad is a feeling of Physiology and psychology, used fuzzy mathematics to evaluate its comprehensive properties is objective and accurate. First, the evaluation indexes are selected according to the required performance of sporswear fabrics, and the Fuzzy mathematics was used to establish comprehensive evaluation model, then the comprehensive property of four sportswear fabrics were evaluated based on this comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation result indicated that polyester cover cleancool fiber structure fabric has the best comprehensive property, this comprehensive evaluation results pruved that this developed sportswear fabric has excelltent comprehensive properties,and it is suitable for making high quality sportswear.

Cleancool fiber is a new type of green functional textile materials that can biodegradation, these years more and more people pay great attention to it for its excellent properties of fast moisture-transmission , fast dry property and permanent anti-bacterial properties. On the basis of experimental examination, the length wise appearance and cross section appearance , the tensile properties, the moisture-absorbency, property ,acid resistance and alkali resistance etc of the cleancool fiber are test and studied. The conclusions gained in this paper have important reference value to the development of cleancool fiber product and its processing.

Chitin fiber is a new type of green functional textile materials that can biodegradation, these years more and more people pay great attention to it for its excellent properties of antibacterial, moisture-absorption propertyetc etc.. On the basis of experimental examination, the length wise appearance and cross section appearance , the tensile properties, the moisture-absorbency, property , crystallinity, crientation, mass specific resistance and antibacterial property etc of the Chitin fiber are studied in this paper. The conclusions obtained in this paper have important reference value to the development of Chitin fiber product and its processing.

According to the properties of cleancool fiber, two different kind of fabrics for sportswear were designed in this paper first, then fabrics properties of bursting strength, air permeability, ygroscopicity and anti-bacterial Property were test, and according to the test results, the durability performance, thermo-hydro comfortbility and anti-bacterial property of the developed fabrics were analyzed. The analyzing results indicated that developed fabrics have excellent performance and they are suitable for making high quality sportswear .

The main work of this paper is the test of morphological structure and Infrared spectrum of Germanium fiber , strength、humidity content、fineness uniformity、humidity content and resistance to acids and bases of Germanium yarns, to prove that the special properties of the Germanium fiber yarn suitable for the production of health next-to-skin apparel. Aimed at providing the relative theoretical guidance and preparation of personal clothing and fabrics when to use the Germanium fiber blended yarn for producing the next-to-skin apparel in the textile sector .

The computer techniques are used in the processing of the defects images of weft knitted fabrics in this paper. First, the fabric defects images are collected, and are pretreated in order to be seen more clearly. Then the classification and the extraction of characteristic value of the defects are introduced on the basis of researching anglicizing of the pretreated images, and reaching the purpose of identifying the defects types of weft knitted fabrics.
