In the textile industry, in order to better control loom warp tension and obtain better quality fabrics, it was very pivotal to choose a good control algorithm. This paper emphatically carried on the design and analysis on three control methods, they were PID algorithm, fuzzy PID algorithm and single neuron adaptive PID algorithm. This article took the let-off system of SAURER400 loom as experimental object, and adopted the simulation system of MATLAB to check up the advantage and disadvantage of three control methods. The results showed that the simulation curve of single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm was fast response and small overshoot; In the process of weaving, this algorithm was very effective to control warp tension and obviously reduced the range of fluctuation of warp tension; Three kinds of algorithms designed in this article provided some methods to reference for controlling the warp tension of the loom in the future.

Modal analysis is an important step in optimal design of the spindle. Speedy cotton spindles of JW.D3203 are studied in this paper. The structural features of the spindle are described. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used for modeling of the spindle. Setting material properties, defining element type, meshing, and determining the boundary conditions are done before the top ten mode figures of spindle are gotton. The natural frequency and critical speed are gotton. Resonance phenomena is avoided when the speed of spindle reaches the critical speed. The simulation results have a good guide for structural optimization of the spindle.

In this paper raw cotton foreign fibers on line detecting and clearing system is designed by using CCD vision sensor, and it achieves the online detection and removal of foreign fibers of raw cotton before the cotton opening and cleaning process, and the model machine is produced. Through experimental verification, the model machine works well, and detection rate of small foreign fiber is up to more than 90%.

A technology of compounding, embossing and melting edge nonwovens which is served as automotive interior trim based on ultrasonic welding technology is put forward in this paper, and a non-woven ultrasonic composite machine including composite, embossing and melting edge function is manufactured. By means of experiment and the analysis of ultrasonic composite and embossed principle, the optimized parameters of compounding and embossing non-woven fabric through application of ultrasonic technology are proposed; and some drawback that is generated in composite and embossing process is also discussed. The application results show that the utilization of ultrasonic welding technology can be very good for compounding and embossing process of automotive interior non-woven fabric. The tensile strength of composite nonwovens fabric is high and the welding quality is stable; and the demand for various automotive interior fabrics can be satisfied.

Roving frame is one of the important textile machines. The quality of the wound package of its produces is affected by the flyer of roving frame. In order to test accurately interrelated parameters of flyer, the new press palm strength of flyer of fly frame detected wireless signal transmission testing system is developed. In order to more accurate transmission for detection signal of the press palm strength of flyer of fly frame in the testing process, this paper introduced a way of wireless transmission based on ZigBee wireless network technology and MC13192 chip as transceiver circuit, with SCM MCS08GT60, which will sensor detects the electrical signals transmitted to the PLC by the wireless transmission, it can solve the inconvenience and drawbacks when the flyer test connected lineate, also makes detection accuracy and stability of the greatly increased. So this method is feasibility, it is applicable to a wide range of the flyer of fly frame detection areas.

Rubbed roving frames are main textile machines, and the drafting transmission system is the key one which constitutes rubbed roving frame, whose studies have absorbed some people at home and abroad who are in this field. A new type of rubbed roving frame drafting transmission system is presented in this paper, which consists of the main drawing part and the fine-tuning parts of drawing tension. The main drawing part is mostly composed of a pair of pulley speed change mechanism which can meet the range requirements of drawing multiple. The fine-tuning parts of drawing tension consist of nine-link corrected gear and slipping gear. Tension adjustment range and the difference in the rate of transformation can be met through the gearing mesh of the same diameter and different modification coefficient. Drawing multiple design method of these two forms of coupling drawing is proposed, and nine-link corrected gear coefficient theory formulas and slipping gear design formulas are derived. Twin-wheel design method is given based on series portfolio theory. The problem that the same drawing system can meet different fiber drawing effects having differences is solved. As a result, a new design method of drafting transmission system of rubbed roving frame is established.
