Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication research on Planetary Gear Transmission

Based on elastohydrodynamic Lubrication theory (EHL), the EHL oil film thicknesses and those distributions for two operation cases on meshing line were calculated: one case is the sun gear as the driving gear and another case is the ring gear as the driving gear in the Planetary Gear Transmission. From the graph, gear lubrication can be reflected by the gear mesh lubrication at the node. The worse Lubrication occurred when the planetary gears mesh with the ring gear for the sun gear as a driving gear. By comparing many calculations the lubrication oil film thickness can be significantly increased by the raise of oil viscosity and gear pressure angle. Design on lubrication of the gear to reduce friction and wear is necessary. The increase of oil film thickness can improve the lubrication of gears and prevent wearing and reduce the production cost of gears, which have great practical value.

Force analysis of lumped compliance compliant mechanism with equivalent friction circle method

The lumped compliance compliant mechanism is one of the compliant mechanisms. A new type of 3 DOF translational 3-RRC parallel mechanisms is introduced and is completely changed to a compliant mechanism. This mechanism can be used in micro-displacement manipulator and three-dimension force transducer etc. The relationship between the forces and deformation of the compliant hinge is studied. A new method of equivalent friction circle is applied to carry out the force analysis of the mechanism. This method is convenient to analyze the mechanisms.

Analysis of traditional revolute pair and the design of a new compliant joint

The revolute outputs effected by the clearances of joints which are caused by the inaccurate precision of processing and error of assembly are analyzed at first, then in order to illustrate the problem the simulation of a kind of parallel mechanism named 3-PRUR is also done in Pro/E and Adams software. At last a kind of compliant revolute joint called split-tube flexural pivots based on the principle of elastic material deformation is raised up to solve the problem above. Its feasibility of replacing the traditional revolute pair is analyzed after compliant revolute joint been designed and simulated in ANSYS software.

Design of the damping seat based on parallel mechanisms

Based on the movement principle of parallel mechanism, to construct a new 3-DOF parallel mechanism which has one translation and two rotations, it is analyzed the theory of the position, velocity and acceleration of the parallel mechanism. Then it is applied to the design of the car seat vibration, a simple model of which is also done. Finally, using ADAMS software to build the simulation models of seat suspension, the seat vibration system is verified that it has a good effect on vibration reduction.

Based on elastic hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL or EHD) theory, an EHL model of the internal meshing between ring gear and planet gear in Planetary Gear Transmission was established. The EHL oil film thicknesses and those distributions for two operation cases on meshing line were calculated: one case with the sun gear as the driving gear and another case with the ring gear as the driving gear. The worse Lubrication occurred near the root of the tooth of the planetary gear in the second case that has the lower speed. Through the many comparing calculations the lubrication oil film thickness can be significantly increased by the raise of oil viscosity and gear pressure angle. The increase of oil film thickness can improve the lubrication of gears and prevent wearing and reduce the production cost of gears, which have great practical value.

But the traditional ERP system serviced in enterprise mainly focused on optimization of internal process of business, it also made enterprises can not exchange information effectively with outside world, therefore, it is important to introduce e-commerce systems that service for communication. In the paper, based on the status study of the e-commerce implementation, it has studied the way e-commerce and ERP Integration and to the EB-ERP model presents a workable framework for model and case analysis. For the concrete implementation of the manufacturing enterprises it provides a theoretical basis and implementation of programs.
