Design and optimization of automatic machine for almond opening

This paper describes the structure of a automatic machine for opening apricot-core, including feed tray, guiding slot 1, clamping and transportation belts, cutting mechanism, guiding slot 2 and collection holder. And this paper focus mainly on the clamping and transportation beltss design and optimization. Based on the past physics character data of almond and the structure of opening almond machine, we have done the stress analysis and deformation analysis of clamping and transportation belts using Ansys software. Identified the basic dimensions and clamping force of the clamping and transportation belts. Optimized the overall structure of the fully automatic machine for opening almond.

Modeling simulation and kinematic analysis based on Pro/Engineer for jaw crusher mechanism

Pro/Engineer is a parametric feature-based design of 3D software, with parametric modeling functions. To reduce the development cycle and improve the design quality of jaw crusher, this paper takes full advantage of the Function module of the Pro/Engineer platform to make model simulation and dynamic analysis on the actual jaw crusher mechanism, and provided the updated path for the design and manufacture of Jaw Crusher.

Analysis on vibrator of vibrating compactor based on ANSYS

In order to improve density uniformity of compacted artificial marble slab, the paper analyzes the working process of vibrating compactor, points that the traditional motion mode of vibrator may cause uneven distribution of materials and proposes a new mode of motion. Lastly, using the finite element software ANSYS, we have performed the stress analysis of the whole working process, and obtained the best position of vibrators.

For the current thread rolling die widely used and introduce material less, analyse design process of thread rolling die and introduce the methods how to determine the parameters combined with cold rolling principles. At the same time, point out the methods that prevent thread rolling die prematurely failure. Thus, lay a solid theoretical foundation for the design and manufacture of thread rolling die. Meanwhile, do a simple introduction for its application on the automatical screwmachine.
