Recommendation Semantic of Services In Smart City

Chaymae Benfares; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Abdellah Abouabdellah

The interactions in the world of the web and the possibilities offered by information and communication technologies are becoming increasingly unlimited and at the same time produce large volumes of data. The management and classification of these data becomes difficult in Many areas. The smart city seeks nature to facilitate the complexity of urban life which faces the same problems and challenges posed by large data due to the diversity and plurality of sectors (political, economic, social, administrative, cultural, etc.), Identify the problem of producing and selecting relevant and customized services, real-time decision making is a problem for users. In this contribution, we propose semantic recommendation architecture for service in the smart city, based on the user profile in order to produce relevant services adapted to their preferences, using semantic Web technologies and the Recommendation system.

Time Aware Recommendation

Alaoui Sara; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Rachida Ajhoun

The overload of information can become a significant challenge in relation to information retrieval systems. Often users will need to carry out extensive research to get the information they desire. This issue will only become more challenging as the quantity of data available on the internet increases. This increase shows no signs of slowing down and inevitably demands better solutions. One such solution proposed in this paper will look at the quality of the service discovery, such as adaptation customizing recommendation. In our project we considered ways to customize the contextual recommendation by creating a time awareness system.

Multicriteria-Based Decision for Services Discovery and Selection

Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Rachida Ajhoun; M. A. Janati Idrissi

The requirements brought by the heterogeneity of service discovery protocols leads to a non-optimal resource distribution in pervasive environments. In such environments, servers and clients use different discovery protocols respectively for publishing or looking for services. Such lack of cooperation between discovery protocols (SDP) reduces the network performance. The interoperability between (SDP) would allow users using a large variety of devices to discover and make use of numerous network-based services. However, selecting the most favorable service among a set of appropriate services according to a given request, can become complex and time-consuming for the user. In such situations, interaction between the user and the device should be minimal for ease of use.The main goal of this work is to improve the service discovery, by including intelligent service selection based on AHP multi-criteria methods within an OSGi-based middleware for service discovery.

Digital Project Management in the Era of Digital Transformation: Hybrid Method

Rachida Hassani; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Abdellah Abouabdellah

Integrating digital into the DNA of their business model is an essential part of business success for companies across industries today. The digital transformation has become a critical management issue and requires new ways of managerial thinking. In this context, we address the specificity of digital projects compared to IT projects in general, to propose a specific project management method for digital projects while respecting the life cycle of IT projects. To do this, we adopt a methodology based on describing the digital projects characters as a type of IT projects, defining the existing methods and making a comparative study to propose a hybrid method that will be helpful for digital companies to conduct and succeed their digital projects.

Identity Management Systems: Techno-Semantic Interoperability for Heterogeneous Federated Systems

Hasnae L’Amrani; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Rachida Ajhoun

The identity management domain is a huge research domain. The federated systems proved on theirs legibility to solve a several digital identity issues. However, the problem of interoperability between federations is the researcher first issue. The researchers final goal is creating a federation of federations which is a large meta-system composed of several different federation systems. The previous researchers’ technical interoperability approach solved a part of the above-mentioned issue. However, there are some-others problems in the communication process between federated systems. In this work, the researcher target the semantic interoperability as a solution to solve the exchange of attribute issue among heterogeneous federated systems, because there is a significant need of managing the users’ attributes coming from different federations. Therefore, the researcher proposed a semantic layer to enhance the previous technical approach with the aim to guarantee the exchange of attribute that has the same semantic signification but a different representation, all that based on a mapping and matching between different anthologies. This approach will be applied to the academic domain as the researcher application domain.

Exploiting Open Data to Improve the Business Intelligence & Business Discovery Experience

Oussama El Bacha; Othmane Jmad; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Nabil Hmina

The extent to which data mining tools are able to make efficient use of an open data oriented strategy in a smart city is limited. In a sense that it is not fully automated, incompatible or has to be supervised. These sets of tools may offer the possibility to import a dataset in a certain predefined standardized format, still, they do not make it a part of their workflow and algorithms in a fully unsupervised manner (i.e without ongoing human guidance). In a departure from previous research works, in this paper, we present a middleware architecture that exploits open data as background knowledge by acting as a bridge between data mining tools and open data resources.

Software Project Management in the Era of Digital Transformation.

Rachida Hassani; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Abdellah Abouabdellah

Integrating digital into the DNA of their business model is an essential part of business success for companies across industries today. The digital transformation has become a critical management issue and requires new ways of managerial thinking. In this context, we address the specificity of digital projects compared to IT projects in general, to innovate during the implementation of digital projects following their trends generated by digital transformation, while respecting the triangle “Quality, Price, Duration”. To do this, we adopt a methodology based on describing the management tasks and roles of digital project manager to identify obstacles to digital transformation in digital project management, then analyze these obstacles to countermeasure them and propose a new knowledge based system “KBS” based on the feedback of digital experiences.

Identity management systems: Laws of identity for models 7 evaluation

Hasnae L'Amrani; Badr Eddine Berroukech; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Rachida Ajhoun

The digital identity is the representation of an active entity (Person, actor), its used by most systems to allow access to resources. When users are involved in many domains they should hardly remember a lot of authentication criterions for every access. They exist many identity management systems that aim to solve the issues in relation with digital identity. However, the problem of identification process and Cross-Domain target the digital identity use. In this work, we analyze the existing identity management systems within the laws of identity, which make a roadmap for managing the identities migration cross-domain. A comparative study between identity management systems based on the laws of identity as evaluation criteria of those systems is the main of this work.

Smart city: Recommendation of personalized services in patrimony tourism

Chaymae Benfares; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi; Aouatif Amine

The changes in urban lifestyles, impose new production processes, research of the creativity, and development of digital technologies. These changes offer a range of services for citizens and for the infrastructure of the city, through diverse platforms through innovation of a new concept “smart city”. The concept offers sustainable solutions for modern cities by the invention of new information and communications technologies. But, in front of the diversification of platforms and the unlimited expansion of information on the web, the user becomes incapable to manage this quantity of information. Specifically, in the tourism sector, the users are surrounded by many services and resources that are offered but unsuitable with the user preferences. Therefore, this information overload affects the consumption of services which makes the integration of the intelligent systems an indispensable operation. This paper presents a personalized architecture of tourist services based on the user profile in the smart city. This architecture is based on the technique of collaborative filtering of the recommendation system.

Semantic Approach for the Building of User Profile for Recommender System

Sara Alaoui; Rachida Ajhoun; Younès El Bouzekri El Idrissi

The major problem in the use of the Web is that of searching for relevant information that meets the expectations of a user. This problem increases every day and especially with the emergence of web 2.0 or social web. Our paper, therefore, ignores the disadvantage of social web and operates it to rich user profile.
