The implementation of parallel genetic algorithm based on MATLAB

This paper introduces the usage of MATLAB Distributed Computing Engine(MDCE). The relationship between the volume of the data transmitted and the transmission time is tested and the analysis of the data shows that there is a significant linear relationship between the two. Then we give an implemen-tation plan of the parallel genetic algorithm (PGA), and we also carried on the computation of a TSP example which shows a higher speedup and a better per-formance. All these show that the it is efficient and effective to use MATLAB to develop distributed computing application program.

Comparison of sludge treatment by O3 and O3/H2O2.

This work focuses on the comparison of sludge decomposition caused by ozone (O3) alone and by ozone/hydrogen peroxide (O3/H2O2). The content of carbonaceous organic materials, nitrogenous compounds and phosphoric substances in sludge supernatant were measured. The release of soluble chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) caused by O3/H2O2 treatment were more than by O3 alone. As a result, it can be concluded that the efficiency of sludge breakup in O3/H2O2 was better than that in O3 alone. However, a peak appeared in both systems for the biodegradable substances such as carbohydrate. Carbohydrate could be used as the carbon source for denitrification, and the releasing of TN and TP may become an additional burden for a subsequent biological system. So, it was of benefit for the enhancement of cryptic growth and cost reduction by raising and maintaining the content of biodegradable substance and reducing the concentrations of the nitrogenous and phosphoric substances as far as possible. Therefore, sludge treated by O3/H2O2 with lower O3 dose would be more suitable than O3 alone.

In order to solve knowledge ambiguity, dynamic, dependence and uncertainty of agriculture production, this paper using computer modeling and visualization techniques, combined with artificial intelligence, database, intelligent information systems, decision support systems and network technology development of ginseng production intelligent decision-making system, and applied to the field of ginseng production, for the traditional ginseng cultivation has injected new vigor and vitality, the system research to improve the ginseng yield, the production efficiency, the effective use of resources, reduce production costs and environmental pollution, which has the important theory significance and application value, but also suitable for exploring the ginseng normalization, intelligence, visualization and dynamic production method provides the scientific method and basis theoretical.

Notice of Retraction C++ Teaching Guided by System Theory and Practice Theory in Philosophy

C++ is a key curriculum in computer discipline. In this paper, guided by the system theory, the teaching content of c++ is integrated. Space-time nature of a variable, controlling of a function, iteration of a loop and encapsulation of an object are described. Guided by practice theory, a teaching method is proposed, which is case driven and integrates problems coming from science research, education and ACM contest. A trinity teaching method is proposed, which unites in-class labs, curriculum design and graduation practice. The teaching practice shows that, the application of system theory and practice theory in C++ motivates the learning interest of the students and the programming skill is improved.
