RBF neural network is a single hidden layer of three-front network. Although approximation capacity, classification ability and learning speed of RBF neural network is superior to BP network, it is difficult to find the optimal value of the center point and width as well as the connection threshold, this article uses the immune genetic algorithm to optimize the three parameters of RBF neural network. First, determining the RBF neural network structure and hidden layer nodes; then using immune genetic algorithm to optimize these parameters; final, the optimized RBF neural network is used to predict motor failure. The experiments showed that the predict results of immune genetic optimized RBF neural network are significantly better than the direct result of RBF neural network both in the reproduction ability and in the generalization ability.

Aiming at the tube mill burthen controlled object with the characteristics of large delay, large inertia, nonlinear and time-variant, we design a tube mill burthen control system basing at fuzzy immune PID control. The system combines the cascade control with the fuzzy immune PID control, and adopts P control in the inner loop and fuzzy immune PID control in the outer loop , taking fully advantage of the cascade control, fuzzy control, immune feedback control and PID control, which makes the system have not only better track ability but also stronger robust and anti-disturbance. In order to show the superior of the control strategy, simultaneously the paper carries out cascade PID control Simulation, and the result manifests that the control effect has better regulation-quality than cascade PID control, in some sense equaling with the internal model control and Smith predictive control. But because of consisting the immune fuzzy control, its non-linear control effect is better than internal model control, Smith predictive control, PID control Cascade. Whats more, the control algorithm is very simple and practical.

Aiming at analyzing the effect of heat supply on power supply and wind curtailment, this paper constructs a new multi-area power-heat load scheduling model considering spinning reserve constraints of wind power and power-heat feasible region constraints of CHP (combined heat and power) units. Grid-plant coordination optimization scheduling method is proposed to solve this model. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively solve the multi-area power-heat dispatching problems as well as reflect operating characteristics of CHP units. Besides, the cause of wind curtailment during heating season is analyzed and the effect of heating plan on power supply capacity is quantitatively described.

With the gradual implementation of the separation of power plant and grid, competitive bidding”, the needs of energy conservation, the continuous improvement of the pollution charge system and the increasing of the scale of new energy power combining to the grid make the grid put forward higher requirements. On the basis of the traditional single objective optimal load distribution, this paper build a multi-objective plant level load which based on ideal point method to optimize the allocation model to meet the economic, environmental, and fast needs. It uses adaptive immune vaccine algorithm to find the optimal solution for the model. Finally, an example is given to show that the model is correct and effective.

Aiming at multi-disturbance characteristic of drum water level system, control system uses three impulse cascade control strategy. This paper designs three impulse cascade control combined of incomplete differential PID and immune P control, fully using the advantages of artificial immune feedback control and incomplete differential PID. Boiler drum level simulation result shows the cascade control based on immune feedback mechanism, can improve the system dynamic performance. The simulation results also prove the validity of the control strategy.
