A new concept of the c-distance in cone metric space has been introduced recently in 2011. The aim of this paper is to extend and generalize some fixed point theorems on c-distance in cone metric space.

Using the setting of 0-complete partial metric spaces, some common fixed point results of maps that satisfy the nonlinear contractive conditions are obtained. These results generalize and improve the existing fixed point results in the literature in the sense that weaker conditions are used. An example shows how our result can be used when the corresponding result in standard metric cannot.

We establish common fixed point results for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings on a partial metric space, satisfying a weak contractive condition involving generalized control functions. The presented theorems extend and unify various known fixed point results. Examples are given to show that our results are proper extensions of the known ones.MSC:47H10, 54H25, 54H10.

A new concept of the c-distance in cone metric space has been introduced recently in 2011. The aim of this paper is to extend and generalize some fixed point results in literature for c-distance in cone metric spaces by replacing the constants in contractive conditions with functions. In this paper, we establish common coupled fixed point and coupled fixed point theorems in cone b-metric spaces. The presented theorems extend and generalize several well-known comparable results in literature. We supply some examples to elucidate our obtained results.

The existence and uniqueness of the common coupled fixed point in cone metric spaces have been studied by considering different types of contractive conditions. A new concept of the c-distance in cone metric space has been recently introduced in 2011. Then, coupled fixed point results for contraction-type mappings in ordered cone metric spaces and cone metric spaces have been considered. In this paper, some common coupled fixed point results on c-distance in cone metric spaces are obtained. Some supporting examples are given.

We generalize in this paper some results on common fixed points of two, respectively four, contractive-type mappings in abstract metric spaces by removing condition of normality of the cone in their formulations. Further, some results about periodic points of self-maps are extended to the setting of abstract metric spaces.

In this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the fixed point in some type of mappings which satisfy the T-Kannan contraction on generalized distance in cone metric spaces. The presented theorem extend and generalize several well-known comparable results in literature.
