Reliability is most important to the CNC machine tools and reliability estimation is a very important part of the reliability which has magnificence to allocate resources and put forward scientific policy. Reliability evaluation of computer numerical control machine tools can use all sorts of effective information to decrease the size of test samples and save the development costs and shorten the production cycle. The paper put forward to use D-S evidence theory and the information of experts system to decrease the uncertainty of the reliability evaluation of computer numerical control machine tools. The results show that the method can effectively decrease the uncertainty of the reliability evaluation of computer numerical control machine tools.

In light of the characteristics and small samples of the research of the CNC machine tools based on Weibull distributions,dynamic modeling and middle rank are used to evaluate the failure rate of each test phase. Traditional Duane model are referred to fit parameters of the reliability growth model with least squares.

The Tooth Profile of Car Synchronous Belt Influencing on the Stress Distribution

This paper aim at the ZA type car synchronous belt, using the CATIA software create the synchronous belt and pulleys 3D model, divide synchronous belt mesh with ANSYS software, and import into the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn and build up the dynamic simulation model of the car synchronous belt transmission through the MFBD (more flexible body dynamics) techniques. Analyzed the transmission performance of the synchronous belt、contact stress of tooth surface and tension stress. It propose the stress distribution between belt and pulley, and the distribution state of the tensile stress. It provide a digital simulation and design method to design the car synchronous belt tooth shape, analysis the transmission performance and select the material of rubber and the reinforcing cords.

The Optimization Study about Technological Parameters of YAG Laser Precision Cutting Stainless Sheet

Using high power Nd3+:YAG pulse laser for precision cutting stainless sheet, study the effects of the laser cutting technological parameters on quality of cutting surface and joint-cutting width. The data of single factor experiment proved: With the increasing of scanning velocity, the joint-cutting width decreased; the width increased with the increasing of scanning velocity, laser current, impulse frequency and impulse width; the increasing of impulse frequency may improve the processing quality and ultimate cutting speed; the data of two-factors experiment proved: when the output power and impulse width are fixed, the impulse frequency will be increased, the joint-cutting width will be decreased; when the output power and impulse frequency are fixed, the impulse width will be increased, the joint-cutting width will be decreased.

Study of Large Castings Lost Foam Online Non-Contact Detection

This paper aimed at traditional large casting with lost foam detection which has slown speed and low efficiency problems, developed a new non-contact detection method which combined digital close range photogrammetry measurement techniques and grating projection measurement techniques, fulfilled a car wind screen board lost foam 3272mm x 1205mm x 555mm online detection, has produced non-contacted online detection method. The results showed that method with fast detection speed、high efficiency, and can satisfy the large castings lost foam online non-contact detection requirements.

Wear State Research of Heavy Vehicle Based on Oil Spectrum Analysis

In this paper, spectrum analysis is conducted on wear elements in lubricating oil of a heavy vehicle to study the wear conditions. The wear elements in lubrication oil of the heavy vehicle’s transmission system were analyzed, and the evaluation value of wearied vehicle is calculated by processing spectrum data using fuzzy set theory. The two-dimensional concentration gradient model of the vehicle’s wear and tear state is obtained. The method provides the basis for understanding and judging wear action and fault diagnosis of the vehicle intelligently.
