Research on stability of knowledge transfer in virtual technology innovation team

Virtual technology innovation team (VTIT) is a new organization form with integration of superior resources, based on innovative tasks. Its success or failure depends on the ability to achieve effective knowledge transfer and sharing in the VTIT, so it is very important to research on the stability and continuity of knowledge transfer. Based on establishment of the utility function, the paper analyzed the conditions of knowledge transfer and systematically studied the stability and continuity of knowledge transfer in the VTIT through the methods of static game and repeated game. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions is given to improve the knowledge transfer in the VTIT.

Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of in-situ TiCp Reinforced Aluminum Base FGM by Centrifugal Cast

ABSTRACT The TiCp/2020Al FGM was fabricated by in-situ reaction in melted Al alloy and the following centrifugal cast, and was investigated by means of microscopy observation and mechanical property test. The hardness and bending strength of the FGM gradully varied corresponding to the composition gradient, and the wear resistance was remarkably improved due to the formation of TiCp-rich surface layer that is strongly bonding with 2024A1 substrate through the TiCp/2024Al graded interlayer.
