Team social capital is considered to be a key factor promoting team effectiveness of knowledge transfer, while it still lacks systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research on the internal mechanism of how social capital affecting team knowledge transfer in existing researches. This paper introduces transactive memory system as a mediator and study whether and how social capital affecting team knowledge transfer through transactive memory system. Research model is analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on the investigation on project teams of 23 offshore software outsourcing undertaken enterprises and the questionnaire survey data of 93 project manager. Results show that transactive memory system plays a significant mediating role between the relationship of social capital and team knowledge transfer, and it is an effective way to facilitate team knowledge transfer and improve team performance through social capital.

Solar cells are currently fabricated from a variety of silicon-based materials. Now the major silicon material for solar cells is the scrap of electronic grade silicon (EG-Si). But in the current market it is difficult to secure a steady supply of this material. Therefore, alternative production processes are needed to increase the feedstock. In this paper, EBM is used to purify silicon. MG-Si particles after leaching with an initial purity of 99.88% in mass as starting materials were used. The final purity of the silicon disk obtained after EBM was above 99.995% in mass. This result demonstrates that EBM can effectively remove impurities from silicon. This paper mainly studies the impurity distribution in the silicon disk after EBM.

This paper attempts to establish a theoretical framework of multi-agents, multi-layers dynamic adaptive process model based on John Hollands complex adaptive system theory. Further analysis explains the basic formative indicators and reflective indicators for measurement of adaptability. Finally, this paper points out the restricted factors of adaptability of Chinese private enterprises and ways to improve the adaptive capacity through innovation.
