The paper introduce the necessity and urgency of building data warehouse in coal mine enterprise, and then research the characteristics and architecture of data warehouse in coal mine enterprise; according to the inherent characteristics of coal mine enterprise, the typical subjects of data warehouse in coal mine enterprise are built; and according to system requirements of data warehouse in coal mine enterprise, star schema is adopted in data warehouse in coal mine enterprise; Anally, research the applications of OLAP technology and data mining technology in data warehouse in coal mine enterprise.

The purpose of this study is to accurately calculate the escape velocity of miners under different roadway conditions during mine fire periods. The experiment to examine escape velocity was carried out in the roadway of the Mu Chengjian Coal Mine. In the experiment, the relationships between the miner escape velocity and the inclination of the roadway, the area of the accessible section of the roadway, and the average wind velocity of the roadway were obtained through single factor analysis, and two multiple regression equations of the escape velocity were developed through multivariable linear regression analysis. The escape velocities of the miners were then predicted, and the error was analyzed with multiple regression equations. The experimental results show that the miner escape velocity decreases with an increase in the absolute value of the inclination of the roadway and increases with an increase of the accessible section area of the roadway and the average wind velocity of the roadway. In addition, the multiple regression equations have the strongest significance if the independent variables are the inclination of the roadway, the accessible section area of the roadway, and the type of roadway, and the contribution rate of the inclination of the roadway to the escape velocity is the highest. The predicted results calculated by the multiple regression equations are close to the experimental data, and the prediction errors are less than 10%. Consequently, we conclude that the multiple regression equations can be used to predict the miner escape velocity during periods of mine fires.

Today the serious casualties of Chinese coal mines happened frequently and caused great casualties and property losses. This situation is extremely associated with scarcity of advanced emergency management(EM) methods for emergences forecast & precaution and decision-making. Data integration of coal mine safety production (CMSP) system is the foundation of solving above problems. According to the multi-source and heterogeneous features of CMSP System, this paper analyzes several ways of data integrating, and concludes that the combination of data warehouse and middleware (named data-center) can solve the problems effectively. On this basis, a meta-framework model for coal mine EM system is established, and the data integration system for coal mine emergency decision-making is designed. At last, the conversion problem of heterogeneous-source data is analyzed.

System of coal mine emergency plans(EP) is effective means to prevente coal mine accidents and disasters accidents, and aslo is one important segement to establish perfect coal mine safety production system. According to emergency management situation of coal enterprises, the meta framework model of emergency plans are established for emergency plans organization and navigation. On this basis, the system architecture of combination B/S and C/S of intelligent emergency plans generating and management is proposed, which comprehensively applies COM+ component technology and ActiveX / embedded software technology. Eight functions of the system, three generated results and their formating methods are expounded at last.
