Experimental Study on Flexural Behavior of Modified Recycled Concrete Beams

With silicon powder content and the hybrid fiber content as parameters, will be 1 as ordinary concrete beams and the control group, three different content of silicon powder and 2 root hybrid fiber volume content of beam as the experimental group, the modification of the flexural performance of recycled concrete beams is analyzed, the results show that modified regeneration of recycled concrete and ordinary concrete beams and damage has obvious four stages of the process, and its basic mechanical process also accord with flat section assumption; And with silicon powder and the mixed hybrid fiber recycled concrete beams is made of modified flexural performance enhancements, cracking resistance and ultimate bearing capacity is better than that of recycled concrete beams is ordinary; And the ultimate bearing capacity of normal section of the calculated in accordance with the specification was consistent with the test results, the modified recycled concrete can be carried out in accordance with the specification design, provides a reference for engineering practice.

Finite Element Analysis of Enhanced RAC Beam with Hybrid Fibers under Shearing

This paper had studied the basic properties of an ordinary concrete beam and a RAC beam with 50% replacement ratio and a EC-RAC beam which contains 0.3% hybrid fiber respectively by 3 groups of 15 standard specimens, and three simply supported beams under shearing without web reinforcement was stimulated by finite element analysis software ABAQUS to compare the deflection, stirrup strain curves and ultimate shear capacity index correspondingly. The analysis shows that beam ultimate shear capacity is closer to test results, at the same time, with the influences of 50% replacement ratio and hybrid fibers, the mechanical properties of beams were worse than ordinary concrete beam in the plastic state, which cracks concrete ahead of time in inclined section and shears stirrup earlier and provides less effect to beams without web reinforcement in inclined section under shearing.

Experimental Study on The Performance of Fiber Reinforced RAC

In order to study the fiber of fiber recycled concrete (F-RAC) on the mechanical properties and deformation performance, through the 72 groups of 216 pieces of concrete specimens of different substitution rate of RAC were studied, the results showed that the addition of a single fiber, the flexural strength of RAC were higher than that of the reference concrete, and increased significantly, the largest increase of substitution rate was 50% with RSF-1 regeneration of radial steel wire fiber, increased by 27.8%, the smallest increase has reached about 11%; the peak strain decreased with the added fiber, elastic modulus in the replacement rate is 30% and 50% of the RAC doped fiber, in addition to add RAC RSF-1, elastic modulus were decreased by 5.8% and 2.5%, the rest of the fiber elastic modulus of RAC were improved; on the replacement rate is 30% and 50% PPF-1, and in PPF-2 doped and RSF-1 and not adding fiber RAC, tangential slope of basic phase When the stress increases, the tangential elastic modulus of RAC without adding fiber is relatively large, and the tangential elastic modulus of concrete is decreased after the addition of fiber.
