Based on the analysis to the logistics process of raw materials in iron and steel industry, this paper formulates a two level mathematical model to its planning problem. At the subordinate level, a shortest path that represents a feasible distribution plan of preparing mixed raw materials for production is determined for each machine after accepting the dual variables from the superior level. At the superior and coordinating level, the transportation and the inventory quantities of raw materials are determined in order to meet the flow conservation. The objective is to minimize the total cost and try to find tradeoff among inventory, transportation and production. Using branch and price algorithm, the model is solved by column generation technique, which means only columns with negative reduced costs are added to the superior level. Heuristic branch and Depth-First-Search are used to find feasible and approximate optimal integer solution as quickly as possible. The small duality gap of numerical experiment indicates the high quality of the obtained solution. This means the solution method is effective.

Based on the previous study, knowledge flow success among supply chain enterprises was found to be associated with several key variables. Considering that different characteristics of knowledge flow could exist in different types of supply chain, the article chooses manufacture and IT supply chain as research objects to study the knowledge flow preference in different industries. And then, conjoint analysis will be applied to test utility preference of knowledge flow, in order to deepen researches of knowledge flow. The conclusion finds that it needs to select right conditions in the process of knowledge flow, and different chains have different requirements. The two supply chains both consider inter-firm cooperation to be effective variables. However, the manufacturing supply chain proposed higher requirements on the technology in the knowledge embedded, while the IT-business supply chain emphasizes on staffs knowledge.

This paper, through analyzing the current situation of TPL enterprises, proposes to compare a variety of business about logistics enterprises with conjoint analysis. And it finds that different logistics enterprises should focus on different business. Then, according to empirical research, it draws relevant conclusions and makes theoretical guidance for the enterprises to achieve a more reasonable business choice.

Firstly, knowledge flow owns the nature of fields is argued, the knowledge flow in the knowledge filed is studied by using the theoretical model in the electric field. On this basis, the knowledge model of supply chain based on the theory of knowledge field is built, and the calculations of knowledge flow and power of knowledge flow are proposed. Furthermore, the feasibility of the calculations is proved at the end of the article.
