A Conflict Analysis and Resolution Method Based on Integrating the Extension and TRIZ Methods

To address the issue that traditional and single design methods cannot resolve modern conflict problems quickly and effectively, which have become increasingly complex, we propose a new method for analysis and resolution of conflict based on integrating the extension and TRIZ methods. First, we summarize research on integrating the extension and TRIZ methods and then we analyze and build models for their transformation. In this way we can unite the strict reasoning ability of the extension method with the abundant practical experience of TRIZ to resolve conflict problems. To verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method, we apply it to the problem of reducing the noise of a screw compressor.

Research on optimal control of Multi-Agent technology in automobile body coating line system

Directing to the difficulty in system integration, an optimal control model of Multi-Agent and multilayer in automobile body coating line was proposed. The architecture of optimal control model was built, which included central coordination Agent layer, regional coordination Agent layer and equipment Agent layer. Combined with the coordination principle of game theory, a coordination mechanism of the optimal control model was analyzed. For achieving the greatest degree on the collaboration of equipment, improving its intelligence and realizing the low power consumption, optimal coordination strategy was established, which took the minimization of system power consumption as objective function. Finally, the validity of the model was demonstrated by an example.

An intelligent CAD system for the scheme design of machining center

In this paper, an intelligent CAD system which is applied to the scheme design of machining center (MC) has been developed successfully. The key techniques of the intelligent CAD system, such as the system structure, scheme design knowledge representation, building and classifying function modules and imported data structures are described in detail. An example of the scheme design for a drilling MC is given.

Dynamic simulation and analysis of planetary transmission of ultra-precision planar polishing machine

Planetary transmission of ultra-precision planar polishing has crucial effects on polishing path and quality. It studies the PE-1 style of ultra-precision double sided polishing machine. Combining with three-dimensional model in solidworks, the virtual prototype of the planetary transmission system is established based on ADAMS. The veracity of VP is validated by dynamic simulation. It analyses the relationships between the contact force changing and angular velocity. It provides advantage for further studies on mechanical polishing process
