Real-time production information is important to enterprise for improving management. Therefore, the RFID technology can be used in production to obtain real-time information, which is integrated into the manufacturing execution system, and the decision of management can be real-time transferred to production floor. The production process of textile industry is analyzed by this paper. Considering the technical advantages of RFID, the model of real-time manufacturing execution system based on RFID and perfection system solution is presented by this paper.

From the supply chain, now RFID technology is gradually applied to the core of manufacturing process. By adopting the RFID technology in workshop layer, the exact real-time information that is obtained from RFID, can be seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing execution system. Therefore it can create additional value, and increase productivity for the enterprise. The technical advantages of applying RFID technology to the manufacturing execution system are analyzed detailedly by this paper. Taking the textile industry as object, the design of manufacturing execution system based on RFID is presented by this paper. And it provide perfection system solution for enterprise realizing real-time informatization.

Chaos and its application in electrical system are studied in this paper. The simulation of chaos is presented. Some measures against the harm caused by chaos of ferroresonance are summarized. A utility scheme of chaos in the electrical system for steel smelting is suggested on the base of chaos controlling.

Centroid algorithm, as relatively simple, depends upon the connectivity of WSN and nodes density, in which the error of node orientation is high, the calculation for the minimum error is too lager and the time which it takes too long. In this paper, a new node localization algorithm uses intelligent particle swarm optimization (PSO) to fast convergence speed based on the proposed weighted vector centroid algorithm. The simulation results show that the localization error of centroid algorithm is decreased rapidly and our proposed algorithm is efficient for WSN.

In order to compensate time-delay in the networked control system (NCS), the paper presents a state prediction control method which adopted time-stamp. At first, we studied a time-stamp based time-delay measuring algorithm of NCS and implemented the state prediction based time-delay compensation control to the system. Then, we proposed a state prediction control approach of establishing an approximate model to object states in the controller and actuator time-driven. With that, we designed a state prediction controller to make the system achieve prediction control and deduced the necessary and sufficient conditions for stabilizing the system. At last, the simulation results of the numerical example prove the validity of the proposed approach.

This paper presents a novel control method of switched reluctance motor (SRM) along with stator current oriented method. This method will minimize the torque ripple while reducing the step angle. By analyzing the current of SRM in terms of torque and rotor position, a current distribution function can be acquired. Then a nonlinear magnetizing model is used to detect rotor position. The current distribution function will decide the given current of corresponding stator winding with the current position information by the nonlinear magnetizing model and the expected position information. By this method, the SRM will be stabled at expected position with expected torque. It has been experimentally verified that this method can effectively reduce the torque ripple and improve the position precision of the servo control system.

In the paper, we discuss the relationship between the membership function of the fuzzy control system and the wavelet basis function. We prove that a wavelet mother function can be described by a membership function of the fuzzy control system and a membership function of the fuzzy control system can also be described by a simple wavelet mother function. The one-to-one corresponding relationship between the membership function of the fuzzy control system and the wavelet basis function is verified. Thus the essence of the fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy control is revealed. This paper presents a new approach to applying wavelet analysis to fuzzy system identification, fuzzy control and fuzzy data analysis, etc.

Network control system also called NCS is a distributed feedback control system which composed by real-time network. It has the advantages of resource sharing and agility as a low-cost and easy-maintained system. But at the same time, network will also have the problem of time delay which makes difficulties of NCS analysis. The existence of network delay will reduce the performance of network control system, as well as it is inevitable. Therefore it is imperative to its compensation. A Multi-step State Estimate Strategy is recommended in this paper, for compensation network between not only sensor and controller, but also controller and actuator. Buffer delay compensation at actuator receiving terminal is added to improve the performance of NCS. We also analyze system stability in discrete case of a given network system model.

In this paper a novel current control method of the switched reluctance motors (SRMs) is proposed, which has considered the mutual inductance with simultaneous two-phase excitation. Attention will be paid to the effect of mutual inductance upon winding current with simultaneous excitation of two phases. The off-line training of RBF network is based on the data acquired by experimental data. After trained, RBF could be able to achieve the nonlinear mapping between current, position and inductance. According to the tendency of current acquired by the RBF, the duty of PWM should be adjusted so as to obtain the optimized current control. The results of experiment proved that this method could make the actual current follow the given current.
