Research on Lactose Concentration Detection Device Based on the Optical Rotation Method

At present, the process of detecting the sample of the lactose detection method is very complicated due to the strict operation condition, long operation time and expensive equipment. Using the nature of lactose that can rotate the plane of polarization of plane-polarized, a lactose concentration detecting device is designed. The device consists of an experiment platform, a photoelectric receiving and converting module, a data processing module, and a LCD module. Laser, polarizer, detector tube, analyzer and photocell are placed on the experiment platform. The test results show that the performance of the detection device is stable and the error is less than 10% through multiple measure on different solutions at different times. The advantage of the device is mainly manifested in its low cost, compact structure, light weight, small volume, fast response speed, and the convenient operation.

Research of Detecting System on Aneroid Capsule of Height Control Module of Automatic Unlocking Device

Function detecting method on height control module of automatic unlocking device for parachute are explored, principle scheme and framework of the function detecting system for height control module are developed. Intelligent testing method for displacement of aneroid capsule that is the most important key component in the height control module of automatic unlocking device is put forwarded. Displacement sensor based on differential transformer is adopted to acquire the displacement information of the aneroid capsule. Sensor testing circuit and the signal processing circuit are designed. In order to make the high altitude simulation test of displacement variability of capsule stack, experimental chamber of pressure control and test based on SCM control technique is developed, furthermore, experimental data of pressure and displacement are analyzed and processed. It is shown that accuracy of displacement is lower than 0.05mm, and pressure resolution is controlled within 0.06hPa. The detecting system can be used for reliability test for height control module of Automatic Unlocking Device, and the testing and controlling methods above can be also applied for displacement and pressure measurement of other similar mechanical components.

The Monitoring and Prevention of Traffic Noise in Urban Road

With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization in our country, noise pollution has become the fourth largest environment pollution in our country but water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution, which is the widest influence of traffic noise. In recent years, with the development of automobile industry and urban transportation, road traffic noise pollution in Harbin phenomenon is increasingly prominent, which seriously affected the Peoples daily life. Through detailed survey we found that the research on road traffic noise pollution situation in Harbin is very less, and part of the evaluation is not accurate. In this paper, firstly the characteristics of road traffic noise and noise evaluation index selection is discussed in detail. The xuefu road sections in Harbin city traffic noise and traffic noise pollution monitoring research in detail strict accordance with national standards. According to monitoring data of xuefu road traffic noise pollution source in time and space distribution analysis, the roughly the time distribution and spatial distribution of xuefu road traffic flow. By the overall analyzed monitoring data characteristic, the xuefu road traffic noise pollution is serious. According the previous analysis and research, the researchers find out the main factors influencing the xuefu road traffic condition, and we puts forward some countermeasures for the noise reduction. Through the study of this paper, that is to Harbin city xuefu road for the future of the road traffic noise monitoring and management work provide favorable basis, and it has good practical application value. It aimed at Harbin city road traffic noise control, urban planning and construction, provide theoretical basis for government decisions.

The Research on Detection Method of Multi-Gas Sensor Based on BP Neural Network

In the paper the multi-gas sensor are detected aimed at the problem of cross interference between the eight kinds of toxic and harmful gases. The cross sensitive characteristics between the different gases are determined through the interference degree, and the cross sensitive model with the environment parameters is built. The BP network is designed with the Matlab toolbox and the data are trained. The results show that the forecast accuracy of the gas concentration can be improved effectively, and the average relative error is reduced. So the new method is put forward to solve the cross interference problem of dangerous chemicals gas effectively.

Research on the Test System for Electrical Parameters of Relay Based on STM32

The current test system for electrical parameters of relay, mainly with the 51 series MCU as the central processing unit, peripheral components are various, running speed is limited, and judging the failure of relay only rely on testing the contact resistance exceeds the standard or not, testing parameter is single. Foreign technology on research and development of test system for relays electrical parameters is mature, but the cost is higher. Thus, in this paper, we study a kind of test system for relays electrical parameters with STM32 MCU as the central processing unit, which can realize to test the relays electrical parameters such as coil resistance, contact resistance, suction voltage, release voltage, suction time, release time, arc time and so on. This paper mainly discusses the design principle and hardware structure, finally obtained test data by the experiment, the data show that the test system has the advantages of fast running, stable performance, simple design, and has a certain market value.

The Study of Safe Evacuation in the High-Rise Building

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the demand for high-rise buildings is on the rise. The resulting fire risk is also rising. The vast majority of major fire is within the high-rise buildings. However, there is a lack of paying attention to high-rise building evacuation. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the influence factors of high-rise building evacuation and put forward to a set of high-rise building evacuation capability evaluation methods according to the characteristics of high-rise building. On the basis of general discussion of the safe evacuation, the influence factors of high-rise building evacuation are analyzed and three areas of evaluation factors are identified. Each factor is broken down into several points to constitute the evaluation system. Safety checklist and social investigation were selected to evaluate these three factors and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the whole system according to the characteristic of the factors and the purpose of evaluation. According to the status of the new main teaching building of Harbin University of Science and Technology, combined with the use of safety assessment methods, the construction factor and management factor were inspected and evaluated and human factor was investigated and assessed. The analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the weight of each factor to the overall evaluation objectives as well as the weight of the internal factors to certain factors. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation followed and worked out the evacuation capability rank. The results show that the evacuation capability rank of the new main teaching building of HUST is good, which is well satisfied the actual situation. This method has a certain reference value to the evacuation capacity evaluation of other high-rise building.

Influence of Soot Agglomerate Morphology on Radiative Properties in Concentration Detection

Solar radiation is strongly absorbed by soot aggregate. And the atmospheric radiative properties will be affected by the change of aggregate morphology. Based on fractal theory, the morphological properties of soot aggregates are studied using the cluster-cluster aggregation (CCA) model. The superposition T matrix method is employed to perform extensive computations of extinction, absorption and scattering properties of soot aggregates with varying state of compactness and size. The relationship between the morphology and radiative properties of aggregates is discussed. Firstly, the radiative properties of different size and different morphology of aggregates are analyzed with the change of the volume fraction. Then, the absorption, scattering and extinction cross-sections of a fixed morphology aggregate are analyzed with changing particle size. Finally, an essential data for detecting soot aerosol concentration can be provided by the value of absorption cross-section of our results.

Influence of Fat Particle Size on Light Scattering Properties in Milk Quality Testing

In the field of milk quality testing, the technology of the ratio of scattered intensity to transmitted intensity has become a hot topic. In general, the particle size of fat globules after homogenizing is supposed to be the same. In fact, there is still the particle size distribution. The image processing technique is used for processing and analyzing the image of milk fat, in this paper. The results show that the particle size distribution exists in the homogenized milk fat solution. The results of calculating the radiation characteristics show that, the scattering properties and the attenuation properties have a significant change, and the absorption properties changes slightly, when fat particle size changes. And when the milk fat volume is 3.3%, the influence of absorption properties of light scattering properties can be ignored. When the wavelength is 1333nm, the scattering factor of the fat globules (D>3.0μm) will produce the largest deviation with 1.94. This paper will have important significance for calculating the scattering properties of milk fat.

Constructing Bayesian Network by Integrating FMEA with FTA

Bayesian Network has an advantage in dealing with uncertainty. But It is difficult to construct a scientific and rational Bayesian Network model in practice application. In order to solve this problem, a novel method for constructing Bayesian Network by integrating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) was proposed. Firstly, the structure matrix representations of FMEA, FTA and Bayesian Network were shown and a structure matrix integration algorithm was explained. Then, an approach for constructing Bayesian Network by obtaining information on node, structure and parameter from FMEA and FTA based on structure matrix was put forward. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility of the method, an illustrative example was given. This method can simplify the modeling process and improve the modeling efficiency for constructing Bayesian Network and promote the application of Bayesian Network in the system reliability and safety analysis.

The Study of Railway Bridge Noise Monitoring and Prevention

Along with the social economy of our country and city change the ceaseless development of the process, noise pollution has become one of Chinas four major environment pollution (water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution and noise pollution). Harbin bin Zhou railway bridge noise radiation problem has caused strong resentment vicinity. The survey found that Harbin bin Zhou railway bridge noise monitoring date and prevention research is less. In this article, extensive investigation, analysis of Harbin railway bridge noise radiation mechanism and on the basis of reason, in accordance with national city sound environment standards, measurement specifications, combined with bin Zhou railway bridge on the noise pollution and the actual response of the residents, monitoring the bin Zhou iron bridge noise radiation situation and around city environmental noise pollution relevant data, with the help of the acoustic environmental quality evaluation index, the evaluation results are given, finally put forward a series of practical noise prevention and control measures. Through this study, the Harbin City Hall related department to improve sound environment of bin Zhou railway bridge area are provided some valuable data and references, it has a certain practical value.
