Research on Domain Ontology Construction in Military Intelligence

This paper is started from addressing the common automatic method of ontology construction. Then, from viewpoint of the military intelligent processing, the two-level domain ontology architecture is designed. One level is the keyword ontology. The other level is the instance ontology. Different level has different ontology architecture. At last, the domain ontology is constructed by reusing the existing ontology together with extracting ontology from text information and extending it. According to the results of the first application cases, it took good effects.

Research on Improved TBL Based Japanese NER Post-Processing

An improved TBL based post-processing approach is proposed for Japanese named entity recognition (NER) in this paper. Firstly, tuning rules are automatically acquired from the results of Japanese NER by error-driven learning. And then, the tuning rules are optimized according to given threshold conditions. After filtered, the rules are used to revise the results of Japanese NER. Above all, this approach could be used in special domains perfectly for its learning domain linguistic knowledge automatically. The learnt rules could not go over fit as well. The experimental results show that a high result can be achieved in precision for Japanese NER.

Study of Drug Price Regulation in China: An International Comparative Perspective

From an international comparative angle, this paper investigates the cause, pattern and failure reasons of Chinas drug price regulation, and finds that it is the government inappropriate regulation pattern rather than the combination of prescribing and dispensing that made the drug price control unsuccessful. Owing to the complexity and uncertainty of the reform of separation of prescribing and dispensing, authors think that the more appropriate approach to improve government interventions on drug price is to take the fixed reference-pricing reimbursement, one new regulation form with an incentive to make medical facilities to prescribe cheap drugs, and to control evasive behaviors of stake-holders by completing some relevant arrangements
