Evaluation of Hydrodynamic Performance of the Sailboard

After Olympic Games in 2004, the once used board, MISTRAL (M), in Olympic Game has been substituted with NEIL PRYDE RS: X (NP). To meet the need of the national sailing team, the research group carried out the experiments on the hydrodynamic performance of the NP and M early or later. The resistances, transverse forces and wrest moments were measured by using the balance of the trisection force, the angle of the heel and pitch was measured by using the angle sensor. The sailboard could rise and sink freely, the pitch was free, the static angle could be adjusted by utilizing the weight and the balance was at the mast. The results showed that the resistance of NP sailboard was bigger as soon as the pitch angle was bigger and this was the same as that of M sailboard, the heel did not have any influence on the resistance of NP sailboard, the resistance became small continuously when the angle of the centerboard decreased and the resistance increased as the sailboard was heavier.

System Dynamics Simulation of Sustainable Development Model of Chinese Athletic Talent Reserve

With the research method of system dynamics tools, the paper analyses the internal and external factors influencing the sustainable development of the Chinese athletic talent reserve, design the system dynamics equation by using the ratio of athlete population as the core variable and drawing the chart of cause and effect and construct the system dynamics model. The paper also uses the Vensim PLE to simulate the athletic talent reserve development trend from 2006 to 2020. The simulation results show that the development model of the complete integration education is the most efficient, professional development model comes next, then the model of traditional three-level training and the social development model is the least efficient. Thus, various kinds of athletic talent reserve development models should be adopted for its sustainable development in the future.

College physical education should give full play to its own characteristics and advantages, applying modern education technology and network technology to promote teaching reform, adapts the social development request.

Research on the Methods of the Trimming Sails During the Leg of the Windward Based on the Numerical Simulation

In the sailing race of Olympic Games, it takes the longest time in the leg of the Windward and the rank of first reaching the mark1 is quite important, which mostly determines whether the team wins or fails in this round. Good skill of the trimming sail during the leg of the windward is based on the deep knowledge of aerodynamic property of the sail. The article studies the aerodynamic property of the sail of Olympic Games with the Numerical Simulation method. The study shows that in the leg of the Windward the main method of competitors attacking and defending each other is to trimming the sail based on the impact of factors on the aerodynamic of sail, which are mast, the angle of attack, angle of the pitch of the sail, camber of the sail and so on. Therefore, if the sailboat would be the same tack or not the overlap, its a good method of obtaining an advantageous position to frequently trimming sails to influence the motion of other sailing boats by using the interactional sail shadow and air turbulent flow. This paper has contributed to the breakthrough of zero medal in Olympic sailing competition based on the numerical simulation method.

Barrier-Free Electronic Height Instrument

In order to give the testers a barrier-free environment and to encourage the use of run-up in the height test, we combine the mechanical rotating feeler with the electronic display, achieving a high degree of accurate measurement of touch. The height instrument introduced in this paper adopts ATMEGA16 AVR as the microcontroller to collect and process the data from the sensor rod, driving the digital display at the same time.

Evaluation of the Performance of the Double Rowing Hull

The rowing is one of the important events in the Olympic Games. In order to study the hydrodynamic performance of rowing, we finished the linetype mapping and the calculated the parameters of the double rowing model. Based on the resistance data of rowing at different states, we obtained the rule of resistance of rowing at different speeds. The study indicated that the enhancement of the physical force of the athletes seemed to be in proportion to the weight of the athletes and the results based on research shallow affected and optimized the design.
