Research of Equipment Selection and Matching Expert System in Fully Mechanized Caving Face Based on Ontology

The technologies of expert system, ontology modeling and reasoning are studied and applied in this paper. A framework of ontology-based expert system for equipment selection and matching in fully mechanized caving face is built up. The OWL(Web Ontology Language) based equipment knowledge base is set up, and the redundant test is made in the protégé environment. The equipment selection and matching rules are built up by using SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language). By using JAVA language, the output of equipment selection expert system is optimized based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process. At last, the functions of the expert system are achieved under JESS(Java Expert System Shell) environment. Practical application shows that the equipments selected and matched by ontology-based expert system are more realistic.

Research on Modeling and Reasoning Framework of Ontology-Based Equipment Selection and Matching Expert System in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

In this paper, ontology modeling language and reasoning engines are studied and applied, framework model of ontology-based expert system is built up, the model tree of classes and instances of fully mechanized caving used equipments is brought forward, OWL-based equipment knowledge base is created by using protégé tool, knowledge rules of mining equipments selection and matching are analyzed, and SWRL-based selection and matching rules are designed. Finally, the rule conversion and reasoning is realized in JESS environment.

In this paper, an implementation framework of electromechanical equipment online management was put forward by studying on key technology of coal mine electromechanical equipment online management based on web. Based on ASP.NET technology, C# as development language, Oracle10g database for data processing, it realized cross-regional and inter-provinces multi-sector information online management, information sharing and report form processing, improved electromechanical equipment management efficiency of mine enterprises and reduced management costs.

Design and Realization of Performance Testing System for New Developed Hydraulic Pumps and Valves

In order to ensure the performance of new products, a performance testing system including the design principle, design of hydraulic system and establishment of the computer data acquisition and processing system is given, which can be used to simulate the actual working conditions of a variety of hydraulic components and also used for the loading test. According to application, it shows that the performance testing system can work as an effective approach for quality checking for the new produced hydraulic components before they were put into the market.

The Development of the Durable Test-Bed of the Hydraulic Pump

An energy recovery method during the durable test is put forward in this essay, and the durable test-bed of the hydraulic pump is developed. The efficiency and accuracy data acquisition is realized by using High-Speed High-Resolution sensor and data collection module. Control automation is come true by using PLC, industrial tablet PC and electric command device. The instrument panel constructed by LabWindows/CVI made the operation more concision, flexible and easy-to-use. This test bed has been put into use for a year and shows that the system can realize duration and efficient test of hydraulic pump easily and reliable.

Design and Implementation of the Integrated Test Platform for the Hydraulic Components

In this paper, a new type of hydraulic test bed is developed which can be used for performance testing of hydraulic valves, hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump. The composition structure diagram of hydraulic system, power supply system, and the signal flow diagram of data acquisition system were designed. The characteristics of the LabWindows/CVI development tools and the usage of Prodave MPI/IE 6 network communication tools were introduced, also the database storage and access technology in LabWindows/CVI environment. It was proved through the practical application that the test bed is reliable and has the merit of higher precision and automation level, and simple operation.

Hydraulic test platform is a very important testing tool for hydraulic products of engineering machinery. In this paper, a new type of hydraulic test bed is developed which can be used for performance testing of hydraulic valves, hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump. The composition structure diagram of hydraulic system, power supply system, and the signal flow diagram of data acquisition system were designed. The communication between sensors and computer via RS232 were researched. At last, the hydraulic test software is developed by using Labwindows/CVI and Simense PLC.

The Development of Hydraulic support based on virtual prototype Collaborative Development Platform is given, which includes the following key steps: Team member management modeling, Process management modeling and Co-simulation. The development of hydraulic support shows the effectiveness of the virtual prototype collaborative development for hydraulic support.

Design and Implementation of Automatic Drainage in Coal Mine

Drainage system is one of the important sub-systems of coal mine integrative control platform[1], and is used to guarantee the safety of mining and auxiliary transportation under the ground. The functions of drainage system are defined, the network framework is designed, the start and stop procedures of the pump engine under the manual control mode and automatic control mode are described, and the determining methods based on liquid level to control several pumps in automatic mode are analyzed. By using Simense PLC module, power source module, digital module, analog module and touch screen hardware, the drainage system control platform is set up, which is connected to the control computer on the ground by using Simense communication module and industrial ring Ethernet[4], and achieved the purpose of remote control.
