Automatically Adjusting the Transmission Power of ZigBee End-Devices Based on RSSI

This paper proposes a method that automatically adjusts the transmission power of ZigBee end-devices based on received signal strength indication (RSSI). Under normal communication condition, automatically adjusting the transmission power of ZigBee end-devices by constructing a negative feedback control system, and it uses the controller with relay characteristics, keep it in the smallest state of transmission power, which effectively reduces the energy consumption of the end-devices. Compared with the traditional methods of statically adjusting transmission power, experimental results show that the method proposed is more suitable for network with frequently status changes, making the stability and low-power performance of ZigBee network system significantly improved.

Application of Buffer Operator and Modified GM(1,1) Model to the Prediction of Gear Fatigue Life

GM(1,1) model can be used in the analysis of a little amount samples of experiments. Shortcommings of the traditional GM(1,1) model were aimed at, and the historical data by weakening buffer operator was corrected. Then the buffer operator and modified prediction GM(1,1) model is carried out on the trial data of certain two gears fatigue life. The examples shows that Buffer Operator and Modified GM(1,1) model has a higher accuracy than the traditional GM(1,1) model.

The Improvement of LEACH Router Protocol Based on Geography and Energy

The election of cluster head (CH) in LEACH lead to CHs nonuniformed distribution and energy consumption disequilibrium and some of the network nodes dead earlier. For the disadvantage, a kind of improvement algorithm based on geography and energy for LEACH router protocol was put forward in this paper, and simulated in the NS2.The new algorithm makes the CHs located in the center of the cluster, avoiding part of nodes far from CH wasting too much energy,and then.The simulation shows that the improved LEACH protocol is more energy-efficient than LEACH, and can prolong the network lifecycle.

Fault Prediction Methods Study of Machinery Based on Optimized Background Value MGM(1,m) Model

After analyzing background value error of the traditional MGM(l,m) model, the paper used the functions with non-homogeneous exponential law to fit the accumulated sequences for every variable, and get the optimal formula of background value of MGM(l,m) model, which was used for establishing the model. And the optimization effect is verified by examples. The result shows that the proposed method can significantly improve the prediction accuracy of the traditional MGM(l,m) model, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.

The Design of Wireless Sensor Network System for the Subway Environment Monitoring

This paper has designed a wireless sensor network (WSN) system which is suitable for the subway security environment. The system uses ZigBee wireless communication technology to form a network, uses the chip CC2530 as the core processor to design the hardware circuit for the network node, and the design of the embedded software is based on Z-Stack protocol stack. Through analyzing the factors having affection on the security environment, the system collects a variety of environmental information with some sensors, and completes the design of the sensor modules. The test results show that this system has the characteristics of low-power, low-cost and high reliability.

The Weld Image Acquisition and Preprocessing Based on FPGA

In the weld image acquisition system, real-time image processing has been a difficult design bottleneck to break through, especially for the occasion of large data processing capability and more demanding real-time requirements, in which the traditional MCU can not adapt, so using high-performance FPGA as the core of the high speed image acquisition and processing card, better meets the large amount of data in most of the image processing system and high demanding real-time requirements. At the same time, system data collection, storage and display were implemented by using Verilog, and in order to reducing the influence of edge detection noise, the combination of image enhancement and median filtering image preprocessing algorithm was used. Compared to the pre-processing algorithm of the software implementation, it has a great speed advantage, and simplifies the subsequent processing work load, improves the speed and efficiency of the entire image processing system greatly. So it proves that the system has strong ability of restraining the noise of image, and more accurate extracted edge positioning, it can be applied in the seam tracking field which need higher real-time requirements.

Design of Control System for Welding Tractor Based on DSP

In order to realize the curve welding seam tracking of welding tractor, the welding tractor driven by two rear wheels is researched in this paper. The control system that a DSP controls two DC brushless motors is designed. It contains the whole system design, hardware circuit and software design. It is designed as a double closed loop system. Experimental results verified the feasibility of the whole system.

Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis Research

According to the characteristics of the rolling bearing fault, we make the research on fault diagnosis. Time domain signal can not perform the fault feature information well. The power spectrum changes the time domain signals into the frequency signals. It sets up the new data model. It uses the principal component analysis on fault diagnosis. It uses T square statistics and Q statistics methods to make fault diagnosis. Simulation experiment results demonstrate that this method provides a high recognition rate.
