Racial attacks in Britain

The police have been criticized for underestimating the significance of racial attacks on members of Britains ethnic minorities although reports suggest that these are increasing. Zig Layton‐Henry argues that the governments response to this problem, and to racial discrimination in general, has been inadequate. Black and brown citizens must feel that they do receive equal protection under the law.
