The amount of information and the need for information is fast increasing today, and it will further multiply in the coming years. The critical infrastructure ensures the welfare of the state and its citizens. Everyday decision-making requires a large amount of information of various types. The present publication will show the relationship between the critical infrastructure and Big Data. The emergence and use of Big Data have been greatly emphasized in recent years. The present publication will present the conceptual and practical manifestations of the Big Data phenomenon. The history of Big Data will also be discussed, as well as the conditions and possibilities of its applications, which will serve for the next period of economic growth. It will also present the Digital National Development Program, funded by the Government of Hungary and the European Union to increase the welfare of the Hungarian society and to make Big Data a digital service that is easier to access for everyone. Furthermore, it will examine the security and risk factors of Big Data, which is essential to ensure the effective protection of the critical infrastructure and personal data.

The impacts of rapid technology development of the fourth industrial revolution present huge challenges for the society and for policy makers. Are we facing reduction of employment by automation rendering human work force uncompetitive with machines? Can creation of new fields of employment, new types of jobs compensate for the loss of traditional labor market requirements?

In addition to mechanical changes automation plays an increasingly important role in the evolution of vehicles. The development of autonomous automobiles is the driving force behind the evolution of the information technology (IT) infrastructure in vehicles. Self-reliance requires more and more automation. Enhanced level of automation requires increased operational reliability. This will also resulting an increased level of safety in the cyberspace of vehicles. Endangering cyberspace can also come from a threat of natural and human origin. IT security is the protection against threats of natural origin. It includes protection against natural and technological impacts. For these reasons, it is important to increase IT security in the IT infrastructure of vehicles. This article examines IT security increasing system building technologies from the aspect of the overall IT infrastructure of vehicles. These technologies enable faster processing, increased availability and greater flexibility. The study requires the creation of a new vehicle automation categorization. Technologies are examined according to these new categories and the functional layers of the general IT infrastructure.

For measuring and creating a complex physical protection system of a facility, it is important to take into consideration its characteristics not only inside the fence, but it is inevitable to examine, classify its surrounding objects as well. In other words, it is necessary to evaluate risk factors lying outside accurately in the light of risk analysis. The security leader broadens the knowledge of the security charge specialized in a certain object by the training during the operation. Widespread knowledge is essential for task maintenance related this work field. This present study is introducing one element of this: the external risk factors during facility protection.

Installing green roofs on building tops is an important part of energetically conscious planning. This has many energetic advantages, while it is simply aesthetic. Opportunities of green roofs are in use in Western-Europe for a long time, and nowadays, more and more fine examples can be caught in our country, as well. This article is to summarize energetic aspects, which are worth to consider in planning green roofs. We confirm important role of green roofs in energetic calculations of building structures with citing different methods of measurement and calculation. Aim of these methods is to specify heat conductivity of soil, which is used for the calculation of heat permeability of the whole roof structure.
