change of geographical situation such as weather and climate make farmers difficult to prepare the land for suitable crop. Consequently they depend on rainwater rice field. This paper explain the use of fuzzy simple additive weighting to rank the alternate crops suitable for planted in each sub district in Minahasa Tenggara. This information system can be used by local government and farmers to determine the type of crop to be planted. This information based on geophysics data existing in Dept. of Agriculture and Central Bureau of Statistics. General Terms Fuzzy Classification, Land-use Classification KeywordsSimple Additive Weighting, Land suitability, crop.

Google maps API provides many features for manipulating maps and adding content to the map through a variety of services that allows to create a mapping application. This paper discusses the use of the Google maps API to connect the land site listed in the certificate of land with Google maps so that the location of the land can be determined accurately. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method with dynamic system approach. The applications were made aiming to help the Land Officer and the public to know the location of the land digitally. The utilization of GPS technology is used to determine the coordinate points of the boundary in the form of latitude and longitude accordance with the existing situation in the field. The advantage of mapping digital land certificates is not only to know the land site, but also get the information contained in the map and make map-making is much cheaper because they do not need to use a lot of tools, maintenance, in addition to the storage media practically do not need more space. The digital land certificate mapping application resulted in this research can be used supplemental to the current official application, but the precision of this application is still the problem for this research, and still continuously determined.

paper discusses the problem of how to identify the evaluation criteria in order to determine conversion of unused land into food land in Minahasa Tenggara and how to determine priorities of food commodities targeted districts as new food in Minahasa Tenggara using AHP method. The results showed that food commodities recommended in the conversion of unused land into food land is corn commodity. Corn became a major priority for qualified technical and non - technical evaluation criteria food land. Districts that are in top priority is the district Touluaan where eight variables land evaluation of food, both technical and non - variable technically qualified with the highest priority as a target districts over the land. District Silian Raya and Pasan are two districts with the lowest priority (the lowest composite score) due to the low capacity of the soil, difficulty in accessing the area and access to the required technology. South East Minahasa is recent regency located in the North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It is officially announced in 2007 as the expansion of South Minahasa Regency. This area has a superior commodity in the plantation sector, especially for coconut plantation. This study is analyzing the expansion pattern of plantation land and conversion of forest to plantation in South East Minahasa, Indonesia. The image data are taken from Landsat Satellite from the year of 2002, 2007, 2010, and 2014. The results show that during 2002-2014 there are forest degradation trend in South East Minahasa; from 42.906,25 Ha in 2002 to 26.392,87 ha in 2014. It is hoped that the results can give valuable input for the related government in establishing the land management regulation in the upcoming years.

paper describes the use of resampling technique in validity testing and reliability testing that are widely used in order to make the measurement tool in the field of psychology and education research. Resampling technique is the technique of resampling sample with replacement or without replacement. Resampling technique can be used to determine whether the item is valid or not by using the percentile confidence interval. The same technique can also be used to determine the significance of reliability coefficients in order to obtain a reliable measurement tool. This technique can also be used to obtain a higher reliability coefficient by reducing the sample size or by reducing the number of items used in the calculation. In this paper, the technique/method is described in the mini-data and case studies using real data that has 40 items and 48 respondents.
