Metal cutting processes are important due to increased consumer demands for quality metal cutting related products (more precise tolerances and better product surface roughness) that has driven the metal cutting industry to continuously improve quality control of metal cutting processes. This paper presents optimum surface roughness by using milling mould aluminium alloys (AA6061-T6) with Response Ant Colony Optimization (RACO). The approach is based on Response Surface Method (RSM) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). The main objectives to find the optimized parameters and the most dominant variables (cutting speed, feedrate, axial depth and radial depth). The first order model indicates that the feedrate is the most significant factor affecting surface roughness.

Nowadays, Tension or Stress is a common and serious problem in our Global Village. Stress and stress related factors contribute to tension and reduced ability to handle lifes everyday challenges. This paper proposes a new method to reduce the stress and tension of our life and also proves that mentally, spiritually and physically relaxation can be achieved by the recitation of the holy Quran. In this technique of listening, reading and watching the text of the Holy Quran subject (User) can involve the whole body. The entire process will be controlled by brain, as a result during this practice the whole body will receive relaxation/refreshment, and the exhaustion, boring and tiredness will be finished. This physiological biofeedback manner provides groceries for spirit. Hence this means can be used in hospitals for mentally disturb and depression effected patients, for relaxation of the soldiers, for refreshing the students, to cool down workers in industries and for the entertainment of passengers in buses and airplanes. This approach replaces negative thoughts with positive and truthful thoughts.

The trade-off between the imperceptibility and robustness is one of the most challenges in digital watermarking system. To solve the problem, a digital image watermarking implementation of evolutionary algorithm in the discrete wavelet domain is presented. In the proposed scheme, the watermark is embedded in the vertical subband (HL m ) coefficients in wavelet domain. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization is performed to train scaling factors to accomplish maximum the watermark strength while decrease the visual distortion. From experimental results, it demonstrates the robustness and the superiority of the proposed hybrid scheme.

Synchronous replication is the ideal solution for organizations: search for the fastest possible data recovery, minimal data loss and protection against the problems of database integrity. This ensures that the remote copy of data that is identical to the primary copy is created at the same time the primary copy is updated. However, most of the synchronous replication does not consider the heterogeneous system. In this paper, a software persistence layer for heterogeneous synchronous replication has been designed and developed based on multi-threading known as PLSR. The main objective of this strategy is to make the persistence layer adaptive and make the synchronous replication process reliable and faster than other existing replication processes concerning cost minimization. In the proposed PLSR replication technique, the replication servers are OS independent and the entire replication process is not inter dependent nevertheless on the main server. Adding a new replication server is easier than other processes. The technique also introduces the modification of replication servers without making impairment to the entire process. The comparative Results with SQL server data replication show the PLSR is more acceptable in terms of transactional insertions and sync time. The result shows that PLSR outstanding performs 88.5 % faster than SQL server for transactional insert.

Global positioning system (GPS) is being actively employed in a variety of vehicular monitoring systems such as automated car navigation, emergency assistance, fleet management and automotive assistance. Nowadays easily observed many passengers footed at the Bus stations waiting for their desired bus. This paper considers performance issues in Public transport monitoring system that utilize GPS and embedded RF radio chip. For the purpose, a new intelligent Multi ID buses movement monitoring and station reporting system comprising of GPS, in collaboration with succession of sophisticated Transceivers modules, is presented here. In addition to some fundamental functions such as real-time monitoring, some featured functions are combined to make the system compatible with the daily operations of any public transport scheme. Because of performance and cost constraints, this monitoring system is carefully designed to balance system partitioning and resource sharing. The proposed method will surely provide smooth and linear transmission of location information to the bus stations which led people to take decision either to wait for Bus or not.

Nowadays, many companies no long accept paper resumes. Job application is more preferred online for several reasons. The Smart Evaluation on Job Vacancy Application System (SEJVAS) applies Rule-based expert system techniques was proposed. The SEJVAS applies the Rule-based technique in order to generate a shortlist for the job applications file that fulfills the company requirement. A criterion of the evaluation was based on companys requirements (Bina Integrated Technology Sdn Bhd). Also this system developed by using php programming language, php myadmin for the database and css for the interface. The system can screen a range of applications and generate a short list of applicants to call for an interview. Simulation result shows the right candidate for the right profession can be selected without the worry of cost and time consuming.

The trade-off between the imperceptibility and robustness is one of the most difficult challenges in digital watermarking system. To solve the problem, an optimal algorithm for image watermarking is proposed. The algorithm embeds the watermark by quantizing the wavelet packets coefficients of the image. In the proposed watermarking system, to protect the originality of the watermark image, a scrambled binary watermark embeds in the host image against intentional and unintentional attacks and each bit of the permuted watermark is embedded optimally into selected sub-bands of the decomposed host image by quantization of sub-bands coefficients. From experimental results, it demonstrates the robustness and the superiority of the proposed hybrid scheme.

The majority of outage events experienced by customers are due to electrical distribution failures. Increasing network reliability is a necessity in order to reduce interruption events. Various schemes of distribution systems, such as radial, ring, flower, complex, etc., exist in practice, and one can establish the degree of reliability at which a particular configuration serves its customers only by performing a quantitative reliability performance assessment of the different configurations. This paper presents a new algorithm for distribution power system reliability evaluation indices based on shortest path from any node to the system energy source, which can be used in complex radial distribution systems. The location and type of protection device has been identified. Then based on type and respective location of the devices to each other, reliability evaluation is performed. The developed algorithm has been tested on a number of test systems and the results presented show the effectiveness and applicability of the approach.

This research proposes a new artificial intelligence strategy to enhance software games based on heart rate variability. The model consists of two modules (visual learning and IQ test) that will conjoined with a biofeedback device connected to a computer to monitor student heart rate and record its changes in a stressful situation and generate appropriate reports. By playing these two games student will be able to improve their learning capability and control their heart rate variability.
