As a unified logistics process, manual handling activity is one of the most crucial parts. As it does in shipment process of 50 kg bagged-formed commodity, data shows that 65% decrease in the total quantity of commodity transported due to improper manual handling process. This condition happen due the laborers using tools that can damage or harm the packaging of the commodity itself.n A preliminary study using Nordic Body Map Questionnaire to provide useful information for use in health-related decision-making. Respondents result shows that the most common complaint experienced by the respondents is the back of the body (low back) that is equal to 63% over the last 12 months.n This study will ascertain whether manual handling work in the port area is declared safe or may interfere with the performance of laborers health with an ergonomic approach. The ergonomics approach using in this research is Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). The result of this study shows that by reducing the product packaging raised by workers, can affect the health of workers when viewed from the aspect of ergonomic. The RULA assessment result by comparing both conditions show significant improvement from score 7 to score 5.

SMB Telkom University annually organizes roadshow visits to high schools in Indonesia as one of the marketing strategies of new student recruitment activities which are their responsibility. Admission Manager as a key person in SMB Telkom University has two assistants to make sure this program is work nicely. In its implementation, they have limitations, such as limited financial budgets, limited marketing staff, and lack of time; hence, they cannot visit all the high school. But it is too complicated in their attempt to filter out the potential high schools. First, criteria weight score should have already inputted by Admission Manager and the school data have to be inputted by Data and Analysis Assistant Manager include their perform score based on the criteria. Later, Marketing and Public Relations Assistant Manager must calculate that data manually using Weighted Sum Model Method (WSM) to get the value of the potential score of each high school. Then the potential score is sorted manually from the highest to the lowest score. All actions and all users using a single worksheet. This web application act as a Decision Support System (DSS). It prevents Data and Analysis Assistant Manager input the same school twice, it prevents all the data deleted by accident, it prevents Marketing and Public Relations Assistant Manager wasting time to calculate the potential value of each high school. This web application will sort that WSM method results into a priority list of high school automatically and give information add-on such as the schools phone number and where is the school Address, even it gives a direction map. Last but not least it is also has a much friendlier interface than a worksheet.

XYZ Company is a company based on manufacturing part for airplane, one of the machine that is categorized as key facility in the company is Millac 5H6P. As a key facility, the machines should be assured to work well and in peak condition, therefore, maintenance process is needed periodically. From the data gathering, it is known that there are lack of competency from the maintenance staff to maintain different type of machine which is not assigned by the supervisor, this indicate that knowledge which possessed by maintenance staff are uneven. The purpose of this research is to create knowledge-based e-learning application as a realization from externalization process in knowledge transfer process to maintain the machine. The application feature are adjusted for maintenance purpose using e-learning framework for maintenance process, the content of the application support multimedia for learning purpose. QFD is used in this research to understand the needs from user. The application is built using moodle with iterative method for software development cycle and UML Diagram. The result from this research is e-learning application as sharing knowledge media for maintenance staff in the company. From the test, it is known that the application make maintenance staff easy to understand the competencies.
