Dor-desprazer-trabalho docente : como desfazer essa tríade

O artigo apresenta a experiencia do Programa de Formacao e Investigacao Sobre a Saude e o Trabalho (PFST) de docentes de escolas publicas, desenvolvido na Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo. Trata da problematica da saude do conjunto de docentes que trabalham nas escolas publicas do municipio da Serra/ES, visando a desfazer a triade dor-desprazer-trabalho docente, vivida de forma naturalizada pelo coletivo de docentes. Pretende avancar na compreensao das relacoes saude-trabalho nas escolas e investigar as estrategias utilizadas por esses professores para resistirem as tentativas de desqualificacao do trabalho docente. Afirma a possibilidade de se abrirem espacos de discussao no cotidiano dos docentes para que a luta pela saude se constitua em redes de cooperacao entre sujeitos e escolas, inaugurando-se outras formas de atuacao desses estabelecimentos. Com esse objetivo, propoe uma metodologia de trabalho que tem se pautado na abordagem ergologica, construida na Universidade de Provenca, em AIX/ Franca.

Silêncios em Liberdade Assistida: encontros entre artes de governar / Silences on Probation: encounters within the arts of governing

Resumo Este artigo procura problematizar silencios que, por vezes, atravessam encontros entre tecnicos do Centro de Referencia Especializada da Assistencia Social (Creas) de Vitoria - ES, com adolescentes e familias , em seus processos de cumprimento de medida socioeducativa em Liberdade Assistida. Busca situar como a LA se encontra numa encruzilhada de praticas historicas constituidas em relacao a infância e a adolescencia no Brasil, que se caracteriza pela luta pelo reconhecimento como sujeitos de direitos e, ao mesmo tempo, esbarra em praticas de protecao, criminalizacao e repressao. Com Foucault, se percorre o conceito de governamentalidade a fim de analisar a relacao entre artes de governar a populacao, como jogo de conduzir a conduta dos outros, de agir sobre a acao dos outros. Debate-se tambem a relacao de producao de informacao pelos tecnicos e seus silencios ao acompanhar os adolescentes e suas familias no cumprimento da Liberdade Assistida. Abstract This article problematizes silences that sometimes arise during probation rehabilitation compliance hearings between technicians of the Centro de Referencia Especializada da Assistencia Social [social assistance centre] in Vitoria in the state of Espirito Santo, Brazil, and adolescents and their families. We seek to locate probation within the crossroads of Brazilian historical practices related to childhood and adolescence in terms of a struggle for the recognition of subjects having rights, an effort hampered by protection, criminalization and prosecution. We invoke Foucault’s concept of governmentality to analyze the relation between the art of governing a population as a game between directing the conduct of others and acting on the actions of others. In addition, we analyze the relation of silence and the production of information by technicians while following their charges’ compliance with rehabilitation during probation. Managing activities and activity management: management as a deviationa

This article aims to analyze the work processes of professors from a narrative position, reinforcing a specific research policy. The goal was to analyze what is produced by faculty work. The narrative procedure, even if originated from an individual case, is the catalyst of the situations and, as a collective organizer of the enunciation, does not refer to an individual. In order to create this exercise, we brought three analysis pillars: the biopolitical modulations demonstrated in the current way of working; the approximation of a professor when performing his work; and the demonstration of how their creation must be thought in respect to public policies. In that regard, the text is based in some contributions by M. Foucault regarding the analysis of contemporary work, indicating relevant inflection on the way occupational psychology has been applied. The analysis performed from our experience with professor, indicates the importance of investing in work management as a clinical matter, as a deviation, which is formed amidst power relationships and the need to break free from what is currently established in work environments.

Clínica da Atividade em uma via deleuziana: por uma Psicologia do Trabalho

This text presents the construction of a concep- tual-methodological route for our investigations on analysis of the work. Seeking for powerful alliances, we dare mak- ing connections between Clinic of Activitys instruments of thinking real work and the analytical tools of Gilles Deleuze, because we believe that both postulates dialogue when help- ing us think the issue of activity and subjectivity at work in a direction where it is not enough to protest, but to priori- tize their movement. This alliance helps us to create strate- gies for assuring works power and lifes capa city of becom- ing different, of producing new ways, creating new subjects and worlds. We assure a Psychology of Work that, built on dialogue with the Clinic of Activity, seeks for carthography- ing work processes; for building new meanings; what does not mean to describe-catalogue, but intervene-transform. Interventions that have as ethical principle the study of ac- tivity aiming its transformation, which involves subjective mobilization. Proposal for a political/collective clinic.
