Peculiaridades entre conselho tutelar e crianças encaminhadas pela escola

Este artigo se propoe a considerar as peculiaridades da relacao entre o Conselho Tutelar e as criancas que foram encaminhadas a este orgao pela escola no municipio de Cariacica-ES. A partir do metodo qualitativo, priorizou-se o estudo com conselheiras tutelares tentando apreender, por meio de suas experiencias, como descrevem o atendimento dado as criancas que lhes sao encaminhadas. O referencial teorico que sustentou o trabalho aproximou-se de autores que compartilham, juntamente com Foucault, da ideia de uma historia que pode ser abordada numa perspectiva genealogica permitindo-nos a visibilidade dos mais variados saberes existentes em um determinado espaco e momento social. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com quatro conselheiras. Na analise, pode-se constatar processos de psicologizacao, a presenca da formulacao de um discurso competente baseado no intimismo e no familiarismo e a formacao de um campo de forcas entre escola e conselho, no qual a crianca tem, em geral, seu comportamento tido como inaceitavel.

O Exercício Ético na Constituição do Sujeito Político como Cidadão

This article discusses the building of the ethical-political subject based on relational experiences engendered in a popular forum of the city of Vitoria - ES. It responds, mainly, to Michel Foucaults thoughts on power and ethics, as theoretical tools as to explore the idea of political subject bonded, basically, to the idea of subject of law. For such, purposes the think of the political experience located in the articulated plot between power and resistance, taken in accordance with ethical terms of self caring

Uma hora não é uma hora na cidade dos catadores

O presente artigo e parte de pesquisa de mestrado realizada no periodo de 2009 e 2010 que teve o proposito de problematizar a emergencia de modos singulares de viver as/nas cidades. Entendemos as cidades contemporâneas como dispositivos que engendram processos de subjetivacao e, nesse sentido, interrogamos os liames do tempo que envolvem os catadores de reciclaveis e a cidade de Vitoria (ES). As reflexoes baseiam-se em andancas pela cidade de Vitoria em companhia de sete catadores de reciclaveis, personagens infames da cidade. Eles compartilharam conosco pequenos fragmentos de vida, narrativas que foram devidamente registradas em Diario de Campo. Concluimos que, apesar da aceleracao capitalistica desenhar mapas nas cidades contemporâneas, criando formas hegemonicas de vida e necessidades, a cidade, assim como o tempo, e passivel de multiplas experimentacoes.

As causas das internações no Hospital Adauto Botelho (Cariacica, ES) na segunda metade do século XX

This paper discusses the procedures for referring patients to Adauto Botelho Hospital, in Cariacica, Espirito Santo state, Brazil. The research is based on the medical records since its inauguration in 1954 and statements by people who worked there in the second half of the twentieth century. One hundred and two records were analyzed and four people were interviewed. The records revealed the active involvement of the Chief of Police in hospitalizations. The interviews corroborate this, while also showing the long duration of the hospitalizations. The tone of the paper is set by the life stories of the people hospitalized there. Mapping resistance strategies constructed by educators in the daily work in a school in Vitória-ES

This study mapped the strategies of resistance constructed by professors front to a harmful work, objectifying to to fortify these forms of confrontations and to collaborate for the transformation of the factors that intervene with the health of these educators. We mapped these movements that are put in functioning in school by means of: institutional experience, interviews, a construction of a diary, questionnaires, photography and confrontation of the results in the collective of workers. We perceive that although all the adversities, the teachers are not left to paralyze and they create proper strategies, new forms to make their work, searching less harmful conditions for their life. By making public these forms of confrontation, this research fortify the creative process of these workers and, at the same time, makes the results allow to the educators the accomplishment of quarrels on the bred strategies front to the adversities, making visible these forms of fight and fortifying the transformation of this reality.
