Avaliação qualitativa de ambiência num Centro de Atenção Psicossocial

UNLABELLED This study is based on a cross-section of the study of Psychosocial Care Center (Caps) in the South of Brazil. OBJECTIVE to conduct a qualitative assessment of the structure, in terms of environment, of a Caps in the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. A case study was conducted on the Caps in Alegrete (RS) based on a fourth generation, constructivist and responsive assessment using a hermeneutic-dialectic approach. The data collection instruments were semi-structured interviews with a team (26), users (11), and family members (14), defined as interest groups to make up the hermeneutic-dialectic circle and field observation (390 hours) establishing prior ethnography. The structure of the Alegrete Caps was a strong aspect in the environmental evaluation. The lack of human and material resources does not interfere directly in user satisfaction with the environment.Este estudo consiste em recorte do estudo dos Centros de Assistencia Psicossocial (Caps) do Sul do Brasil. O objetivo e avaliar qualitativamente a estrutura, atraves da ambiencia, de um Caps do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Foi realizado um estudo de caso do Caps de Alegrete (RS), fundamentado numa avaliacao de quarta geracao, construtivista, responsiva e com abordagem hermeneutico-dialetica. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram entrevistas semiestruturadas com equipe (26), usuarios (11) e familiares (14), definidos como grupos de interesse para compor o circulo hermeneutico-dialetico e a observacao de campo (390 horas) configurando-se numa etnografia previa. A estrutura do Caps Alegrete foi um aspecto forte na avaliacao da ambiencia. A falta de recursos humanos e materiais nao interfere diretamente na satisfacao dos usuarios com a ambiencia.

Medicação pactuada como recurso terapêutico no processo de trabalho de um CAPS: contribuições para a enfermagem

This descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative methodological approach aimed to analyze the use of negotiated medication as a therapeutic resource for social reintegration and its contributions to nursing, in the work process of a Psycho-Social Care Center. It was undertaken in a Psycho-Social Care Center II in the municipality of Alegrete in the state of Rio Grande do Sul-RS in the period May - June 2006. The field diaries kept by three researchers were analyzed according to Minayos thematic analysis; the record of observations totalled 390 hours. Among the principal results, the negotiation of the medication - which was presented as effective in the service under study - and the interpersonal relationship between health professionals and the user stood out. It is concluded that it is relevant to approach medication in a negotiated manner, as in this way the user has autonomy to give opinions and make decisions regarding issues referent to his or her treatment.

NEGOTIATED MEDICATION AS A THERAPEUTIC RESOURCE IN THE WORK PROCESS OF A PSYCHO-SOCIAL CARE CENTER: CONTRIBUTIONS TO NURSING

This descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative methodological approach aimed to analyze the use of negotiated medication as a therapeutic resource for social reintegration and its contributions to nursing, in the work process of a Psycho-Social Care Center. It was undertaken in a Psycho-Social Care Center II in the municipality of Alegrete in the state of Rio Grande do Sul-RS in the period May - June 2006. The field diaries kept by three researchers were analyzed according to Minayos thematic analysis; the record of observations totalled 390 hours. Among the principal results, the negotiation of the medication - which was presented as effective in the service under study - and the interpersonal relationship between health professionals and the user stood out. It is concluded that it is relevant to approach medication in a negotiated manner, as in this way the user has autonomy to give opinions and make decisions regarding issues referent to his or her treatment.

AS ATRIBUIÇÕES DA ENFERMAGEM NO EXERCÍCIO DO ACOMPANHAMENTO TERAPÊUTICO EM UM SERVIÇO RESIDENCIAL TERAPÊUTICO

Objetivo: identificar as atividades e atribuicoes do acompanhamento terapeutico desenvolvidas pela enfermagem em um Servico Residencial Terapeutico. Materiais e Metodos: pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e descritiva. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, gravadas e transcritas na integra, com 12 acompanhantes terapeuticos da equipe de enfermagem de um Servico Residencial Terapeutico do Rio Grande do Sul. A analise dos dados baseia-se na proposta de analise tematica, sendo investigados e sistematizados a partir das atribuicoes e atividades do acompanhamento terapeutico. Resultados: nota-se que os profissionais de enfermagem que compoem a equipe de acompanhantes terapeuticos do servico possuem um forte potencial cuidador e sao dotados de caracteristicas essenciais para reinsercao social dos sujeitos em sofrimento psiquico. Conclusao: ressalta-se a importância da enfermagem como profissao, uma vez que sua essencia esta no cuidado, que e fundamental para a pratica em saude mental e, principalmente, para o acompanhamento terapeutico.
