The article examines the diagnostics of mechatronic systems and the possibilities of monitoring their facilities. The paper describes the stages of vibrodiagnostic research on the mechatronic system and refers to the measures for taking control that includes transducers, boosters, blocks of supply, programs, etc. The work employs a methodology for performing the analyses and vibrodiagnostic measurements of the mechanical-dynamic elements of mechatronic systems.

Vibrodiagnostics of technological machine with bearings of sliding friction and of roll is done in this work. Researching technological machine is described; the main characteristics of work and photo are given. Experimental vibrodiagnostics measurements are done. Primary signals of measurement are got doing vibrodiagnostics measurements. Primary results of measurement are systematized and its analysis is done. Dependence of work characteristics between rotary systems with bearings of sliding friction and of roll is ascertained. Generalization of research results is done and conclusions are formulated.

The problem of quality diagnostics of systems with hydrodynamic bearings is analyzed in the paper. In analyzing the problem, the analytical research of the change of friction coefficient, pressure, rotor rotation axis eccentricity in dependence on the wear magnitude between the rotor and the bearing are performed. The method of the analytical research is presented. Results of the analytical research and experimental measurements are depicted in graphs.

The perspective of employment to diagnose quality of functioning of rotor system and discovery of developmenting defects of vibrationing signals, which registrate in the work of rotor system is important for properties of strengthening vibrotransducers, for simplicity of fastening of nonconact lasering speed and for inductive measuring transducers of improvement. It is examine the diagnostic system in this work, in which apply a few contact and noncontact transducers (frame of rotor vibroacceleration, inductive measuring transducers of improvements, laser measuring transducer of speeds and measuring transducers of phase). It is investigate the rotor system in which can be assemble hydrodynamic bearings and bearings of rolling of different construction. The object of research in the base of diagnostic measuring is to ascertain characteristics of inside sources, which cannot get in method of direct measuring. The quality of ability to work of this system belongs from type of using transducers and from apportunitys of analyses of getting signals. Orbits of rotor center, spectrums, densitys and others statistic characteristics are given using computering system of diagnosing of rotor systems according to which we can decide about technical state of rotor system.

The paper presents the model and design of a flexure-based precise 4 DOF degree of freedom positioning system for micro-positioning uses. The positioning system is featured with monolithic architecture, flexure-based joints and ultra-fine adjustment screws. The mathematical model for the output displacements of the positioning system has been verified by finite element analysis (FEA).

This paper presents the modeling of a flexure-based precision positioning system for micro-positioning uses. The positioning system is featured with monolithic architecture, flexure-based joints and ultra fine adjustment screws. Its workspace has been evaluated via analytical approaches. Reduction mechanism is optimally designed. The mathematical model of the positioning system has been derived, which is verified by resorting to finite element analysis (FEA). The established analytical and (FEA) models are helpful for a reliable architecture optimization and performance improvement of the positioning system.

An analysis of the influence of the change of temperature of a rotor’s system with bearings of sliding friction to the work of a searching system is presented in this paper. Experimental research to gauge the clearance of change between a rotor and bearing subject to change of temperature and frequency of rotor’s rotating is also presented. A special rig and special implements of measurement for doing measurements is included. Experimental measurements done according to the specially made up methodology is in this paper. Also, the article describes and gives the principal system of measurement and analysis methodology to do the experiment and an analysis was done of results and the gauge of consistent pattern of changes of the searched parameters.
