The study is done through qualitative search patterns of ‘phenomenology’. As a qualitative search, samples related to this study are taken from 37 school principals in England, France, TRNC and Turkey in the 2013-2014 academic year. The school principals in TRNC have done less risk analyse/analysis than the school principals in Turkey. However, it is found that the risk analysed is not part of the strategical plan in both countries. On the other hand, it is found out that the risk analysis is randomly done and it is part of a strategical plan in England and France.
