Le certificat de décès : comment le remplir et pourquoi ?

Resume Le stage de citoyennete est une sanction penale pouvant s’appliquer aux delits et cela, depuis 2004. Ce stage a pour but de rappeler au condamne «xa0les valeurs republicaines de tolerance et de respect de la dignite humaine sur lesquelles est fondee la societexa0». Ce stage est mis en place a Amiens depuis 2007, avec la participation de divers intervenants, dont les medecins du service de medecine legale et sociale du centre hospitalier universitaire d’Amiens. Nous intervenons particulierement sur les consequences subies par les victimes d’actes delictuels mais egalement sur l’influence de la consommation d’alcool ou de drogues sur les comportements.
