Software and Hardware Platform Design for Open-CNC System

At present, the ability to generate the tools processing path is commonplace in CAD/CAM systems, but the technology used for NC programming is still based on G, M code. According to all questions of the CNC system, it is proposed a new idea that we use one of the UG modules UG GRIP to generate the tools processing coordinates to replace the G, M code program. And we make use of kernel platform as a middleware providing bridges between the software modules on upper-computer and the CNC machine by using the process and resource models. In addition, we detailed introduce the DSP control system design and software design based on this design concept, and give the control flow. it initial realizes X-Y table of the CNC milling machine two-axis moving at the same time base on DSP, which not only prove the correctness of previous principle but are beneficial to further research and application.

Design of five-axis CNC based on Linux

For complex parts of high speed, high precision machining demands, five -axis CNC system is studied, on the analysis of application of the embedded technology in CNC system, put forward a kind of new type of five-axis CNC system. The design utilizes an embedded multi-processor ideology to be S3C2410 processor as hardware core and motion control chips MCX314 as Secondary processor, the consistency problem of multi-processor communication is solved by a combination of bus and interrupt mechanism. Focus on the implementation of MCX314 driver and complete design of MCX314 driver in the Linux system. The address of two MCX314 motion control cards is completed by minor device number. Its practice indicated the method is correct and feasible,the program is stable and reliable.

In order to meet the needs of particular models I-steel production, design a lengthening I-beam steel-work automatic welding machine. Introduce the body of this welding machine, the fixture of machine, traversing mechanism, positioning and feeding mechanism in detail. Focus on illustrating the motor selection and the selection and installation of guide screw. The traditional system is a dedicated computer numerical control system, realization of process is closed for users, the module function is fixed, the user can not redefine expand the system. Therefore, bring forward a concept of open CNC system design.

Optimization System Design for One-Dimensional Cutting-Stock Problem

At present, aiming at the flourish development of the domestic plastic industry, and the actuality of the traditional mass production using single cutting method in project. Based on analyzing one-dimensional stock cutting optimizing mathematical model and linear programming technique, this paper puts forward a kind of optimizing tactic to one-dimensional stock arrange scheme which can realizes stock optimizing cutting well. Practice shows it can reduce the original material consume and be propitious to improve economical gain, also cut down the environmental pollution of cutting scrap.
