This article aims to explore and analyze the evidences of the studies about SC improvement in the industrial field. A bibliographic search was made at different databases using the terms “Safety Culture” and “Improvement”. Following the exclusion of the duplicates and applying the inclusion criteria, thirteen articles were reviewed by the authors, which allowed to assess mainly common themes to summarize the main conclusions. This review shows that communication is a key element for developing SC, and also that the fear of punishment and the difficulties in managing a reporting system are the main difficulties to improve it. To outline, this systematic review showed that despite a diversity of conceptions and practices related to the improvement of the Safety Culture, it is possible to identify some common elements. However, further research should be developed to deepen the knowledge about the topics discussed in this paper.

This paper aims to demonstrate how the design of Therapeutic Plan (TP) is carried out by professionals of multi professional teams of Primary Care in Brazil. It is a qualitative research guided by the theoretical framework of Activity Ergonomics which included professionals from a Family Health Team (FHT) composed of: one physician, one nurse, one nursing assistant and six community health agents. The procedures of data collection were interviews and sistematic observations. The results demonstrate that the spaces for collective production of the activity, recommended for the construction of the TP, are insufficient to integrate the information coming from the real situation, as well as, to coordinate the actions that aim to solve the problems that emerge in the daily life of the service. In addition, the process of designing the TPs is still very handcrafted and little instrumentalized to favor the exchange between the different actors of the team. This frame indicates the need to deepen studies that can support the strengthening of tools and processes that favor the collective fabrication of work in the context of the Teamwork in Primary Care.

The goal of this paper is to illustrate the contributions generated by Activity Ergonomics (AE) to the participatory design process of an EHR created to support collaborative mental health care of children and youth in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is qualitative research based on the theoretical framework of AE. In this paper we will present the results of the first step of this research. This preliminary stage used as a form of data collection interviews with professionals from three sectors of the mental health care network of children and youth within Brazil. An analysis of the interviews demonstrated that mental health collaborative care encompasses an intersectoral network of services that are articulated in the construction of therapeutic projects. This type of organization requires an intense exchange of information between experts from distinct fields, like social workers, educators and health care professionals. In fostering the diverse professional realities, there is a difficulty to overcome the challenge of sharing information, due in part to the combination and inundation of the individual accounts. In addition, the difficulties identified in the use of the old device were: fear of wrongly inputting the data into the system, rework, incomprehension of the codes used as landmarks to cases. The useful features identified by the workers for a new tool were: access through smartphones, possibility of choosing to consult a summary of the cases or more detailed information, dynamic communication between the services and generation of alerts for urgent situations.
