The demand of the rapid development of internet and the information construction of the education industry has prompted the research of educators on the combination of the internet resource with the science of education. In this paper, from the view of point of teaching preparation and practice, combining with the actual situation of pharmacology teaching, some specific ideas and practices are discussed and introduced. The use of the internet for teaching has become a new method for education, a new model, a trend of medical teaching, and the only way which must be passed for the education to face the mass and the modern time. Although it is still in the exploratory stage, a training system for the medical professional personnel can be established through the continuous exploration and the further accumulation of experience on it since the medical education is a very practical science and the higher education reform is a long-term and systematic project.

Pharmacology is a bridge course connecting the basic medicine to the clinical medicine and the pharmacology experiment course is an important part of it because pharmacology is an experimental science and all facts written in the pharmacology textbook have already verified by so many pharmacological experiments. Since the beginning of the new century, the computer-assisted teaching has been widely applied in class. With the development of multimedia technology, multimedia classroom teaching has been injected a fresh vitality, but its shortcomings are revealed with its wide use. In this study, the experience on the pharmacological experiment teaching during the past years is summarized to discuss the optimized application of multimedia in the pharmacological experiment teaching and the cognition on it.

Step-down test, step-though test and Morris water maze were used to observe effects of SCL on learning and memory dysfunctions in mice; Spectrophometry was used to detect effects of SCL on AChE activities in serum and brain of mice. Compared with those of control group: latencies of HSCL group in memory were prolonged significantly and NOEs in learning and memory decreased significantly, latencies of MSCL group both in memory and in learning were prolonged significantly, and NOEs in memory decreased significantly; latencies of HSCL and MSCL groups were prolonged significantly and NOEs decreased significantly; latencies of HSCL and MSCL groups were prolonged significantly and NOEs decreased significantly; AChE activities in brain tissue and serum of mice with acquired memory dysfunction in HSCL, MSCL LSCL groups decreased significantly. SCL could improve learning and memory dysfunctions through lowering AChE activities.

A multiple functional mice spontaneous activities recorder was applied to observe effects of SCL on mice spontaneous activities; Several classical methods were used to observe synergic hypnotic effects of SCL with pentobarbital sodium; Effects of SCL on GABA and Glu contents in brain tissue of mice were measured by using automatic microplate reader for ELISA to explore the mechanism. SCL could (1) reduce the number of in spontaneous activities in mice Significantly; (2) increase the number of sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium under the threshold sleep dosage in mice; (3) delay duration of sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium at the suprathreshold sleep dosage in mice, and shorten the latency of sleep; (4) reduce the content of Glu in the brain tissue of mice significantly. The results suggest that SCL could produce sedative and hypnotic effects on mice through reducing the Glu content in mice brain tissue.

Objective To study the anti-oxidative function of schisandrin A (SinA), schisandrinB (SinB), schisandrolA (SolA) and schisandrin ester A (SesA). Methods Using the method of the self oxidation method of pyrogallol, Fenton system. Results The results shown that all of four kinds of schizandrae lignans have the inhibition function to Superoxide anion radical (O2 −·), SinB had the highest inhibition rate which could arrive at 68.74%; They also had the same inhibition to hydroxyl radical (OH) and SinB have the best effect. Conclusions schisandrin A (SinA), schisandrin B (SinB), schisandrolA (SolA) and schisandrin ester A (SesA) can be used as a natural anti-oxidation for human cardiovascular disease treatment and preventive health care.
