This article proposes to identify the relationship between the company and the local external public based on the perception of the community itself, based on the social practices adopted and the compliance with the seven principles of ISO 26000. In order to reach the main objective of this study in order to identify the companys contribution to this relationship, the social projects developed in the city of Garruchos/RS and São Luiz Gonzaga/RS were raised and the perceptions of these publics were identified on the principles Of ISO 26000. The methodology used classified the research as exploratory and descriptive, as for the means such as bibliographical, documentary and case study; Performed through the application of questionnaires to non-probabilistic samples. The results point to a satisfactory relationship between the company and the external public, with the exception of São Luiz Gonzaga / RS, which has more favorable perceptions. The ISO 26000 standard is an internationally recognized management instrument and the main one in Brazil.

This article aims to identify the Personal Marketing is a determining factor for the professional growth of employees belonging to companies from industry sectors, trade and services, both in the opinion of managers as the staff. PRÁTICAS DE GESTÃO RELATIVAS À SOCIEDADE EM UM HOSPITAL FILANTRÓPICO: responsabilidade social corporativa ou atendimento a requisitos legais?

The Corporate Social Responsibility Practices CSR are increasing in organizations and has highlighted gain on the world stage, being adopted as a business strategy. In contrast observed the requirement of compliance with legal requirements and the adoption of quality programs to promote best management practices. This article examines the management practices of a philanthropic hospital care required for the Gaucho Program society criterion Quality and Productivity PGQP, and to reflect these practices as their classification in CSR or compliance with legal requirements.
