Despite the speech of the human beings integration, we have observed that the nurse professional formation emphasizes the technical dimension, leaving out the professionals internal growth. Searching for understanding that process, our goal is to identify and to analyze the perception and feelings of nursing teaching staff, related to their formation as a person and as a professional in the of Nursing scope. The reports that were submitted to the content analysis pointed out two categories: Holism only in theory and Scheme of the feelings, revealing a stage of many discoveries and little space for the student person. The results of the research offered important elements to think about it by the Schools, visualizing the students formation as an integral and integrated person.

Estudo de abordagem quanti-qualitativa, realizada com graduandos de Enfermagem, cujo objetivo foi identificar caracteristicas de competencia interpessoal partindo de um laboratorio de grupo, onde os dados foram coleta dos atraves de instrumento aplicado em dois momentos distintos. Os resultados evidenciaram caracteristicas de dificil desempenho como: resistencia ao stress, iniciativa, flexibilidade, lidar com conflito. Aquelas desenvolvidas com mais facilidade foram: autoconfianca, saber ouvir e competicao. Concluimos que tais caracteristicas podem e devem ser mais exploradas durante os cursos de graduacao como forma de fortalecer o desempenho gerencial do enfermeiro.

Despite the widespread emphasis on human wholeness, the training of health professionals has privileged technical competence, desconsidering the need to strengthen the persons process of inner growth. The purpose of this article is to reflect on the importance of a persons development as a basic tool of ones own work. The authors consider that there is no way to separate the personal from the professional dimension since each person interacts as a totality. Thus, the person exists in the professional Being or, dialectically speaking, the professional integrates the human being that it really is. These considerations, which are fundamental to each ones development, usually are not part of ones life, personal or professional learning. It is necessary to make this an essential part of nursing training, broadening the possibilities of integrating and transcending either side of the person, by introducing an holistic approach which contemplates the human being development in an integral and integrated way.

This article is aimed at presenting endomarketing as a tool for nurses in the management process, taking into account the current context of changes in the healthcare sector, which also requires the development of skills that are directly related to the introduction of new technologies and ways of work organization. Our reflection leaves some important points to be analyzed by nurses and educators in the search for better ways and alternatives for educating nurses who will have greater professional satisfaction and competence to manage the healthcare services. The big challenge of endomarketing is, therefore, to combine the aims and interests of the internal public with the needs and expectations of the external public in the organization.Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o endomarketing como ferramenta para o enfermeiro no processo de gestao, tendo em vista o contexto atual de mudancas no setor saude, que exige tambem o desenvolvimento de habilidades que estao diretamente relacionadas a introducao de novas tecnologias e formas de organizacao do trabalho. Nossa reflexao deixa alguns pontos importantes a serem analisados por enfermeiros e educadores, na busca de melhores caminhos e alternativas para a formacao de enfermeiros com maior satisfacao profissional, com competencia para gerenciar servicos de saude. O grande desafio do endomarketing e, portanto, conciliar os objetivos e interesses do publico interno com as necessidades e expectativas do publico externo da organizacao.
