With rapid development of social economy, serious problem has been caused by wastewater containing heavy metals, which was difficult to be treated by many kinds of traditional treatment methods, such as complex processes, high cost or easy to cause secondary pollution. As a novel biological treatment technology, microbial fuel cells (MFC) can generate electric energy while dealing with wastewater, which was proposed and extensively studied. This paper introduced the working principle of MFC, the classification of cathode, and the research progress on the treatment of wastewater containing Cr(VI), Cu(II), Ag(I), Mn(II) and Cd(II) by MFC. The study found that different cathode, different heavy metals anddifferent hybrid systems would affect the performance of the system and removal effect for heavy metal in MFC. MFC was a highly potential pollution control technology. Until now, the research was still in the laboratory stage. Its industrial application for recovery of heavy metal ion, improving the energy recovery rate and improvement or innovation of system were worthy of further research.

Regional cleaner production is an important embodiment of circular economy in regional level. B/S structure is defined as a new network management information system platform on the basis of the web technology. This paper attempts to explore the design of information management system on regional cleaner production. There are 4 functional modules, including user management, management of cleaner production information in enterprises and industries, and information announcements. The information management system on regional cleaner production combines information management of cleaner production in regional industries with that in enterprises, in order to possess the functions of aiding the adjustment of regional industry structure, cleaner production audits in enterprises, and continuous cleaner production. This system is an effective tool for information management on regional cleaner production and decision aids, as well as exerts a key role in promoting the construction of circular economy.

Cleaner production audit is an important prerequisite, as well as the key and core, for enterprises to implement cleaner production. B/S structure is defined as a new network management information system platform on the basis of the web technology. This paper combines the advantages of B / S structure with the process of cleaner production audit to explore the design of information management system on cleaner production. There are 10 functional modules, including user management, planning and organization, pre-evaluation, evaluation, plan generation and screening, feasibility analysis, plan implementation, cleaner production evaluation, and announcement issuance modules, continuous cleaner production, cleaner production evaluation, and announcement. There are 8 relative databases, containing plan and organization, business profile, production status, business environment, business management status, monitoring and analysis aming at the emphasis of audit, continuous cleaner production, and cleaner production assessment. The information management system on cleaner production contributes to the construction of standardization, automation and information technology of cleaner production audit, as well as lay the foundation for further promoting the building of the information database of regional cleaner production.
