JAMES COOK University QCU) is situated in North Queensland, Australia. The authors of this paper work in a relatively small Law School that operates within the University. The school offers a range of undergraduate degree programs as well as post-graduate supervision. Our programs are offered in a friendly, student-centred learning environment catering to a range of students including high school graduates, mature-age students and overseas fee paying students. The Law School operates across two campuses—Townsville and Cairns—cities separated by approximately 350 kilometres.
