Dimensão ética do fazer cotidiano no processo de formação do enfermeiro

O presente artigo teorico teve como objeto de estudo a dimensao etica do processo de formacao do enfermeiro, considerando a implementacao das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Enfermagem. Fundamentou-se nos pressupostos da etica, suas relacoes com a implementacao da mudanca no processo de formacao do enfermeiro, tomando como referencia fatores do fazer etico na formacao, buscando oportunizar reflexoes e contribuir com os rumos da educacao em enfermagem. Concluiu-se que a dimensao etica na formacao do enfermeiro envolve valores que permeiam as relacoes entre os sujeitos desse processo e a propria natureza. O estudo recomenda a necessidade de transformacao da pratica do educando/educador e do modelo curricular constituido, apontando elementos que indicam que a preocupacao com a etica no desenvolvimento do curriculo nao se limita ao ensino em uma disciplina, mas perpassa todas as praticas que se dao no interior do processo educativo.This theoretical article had as its object of study the ethic dimension of the formation process of nurses taking in consideration the National Curricular Directives for Nursing Courses. It was based on the presuppositions of ethics and their relationship with the implementation of changes in the formation process of nurses, using as reference elements of ethical behavior in the formation and attempting to bring the reflection to current times and thus contribute to define a direction to Nursing education. It was concluded that the ethical dimension in the formation of nurses involves values that permeate the relations between the subjects of this process and nature itself. The study points out the need to transform the practices of students and teachers and change the current curriculum framework, highlighting elements that indicate that the concern with ethics when developing the curriculum framework is not limited to how a discipline is taught, but pass through as practices that take place in the education process.

Ensino da enfermagem psiquiátrica/saúde mental: sua interface com a Reforma Psiquiátrica e diretrizes curriculares nacionais

Estudo teorico acerca do processo de formacao em Enfermagem Psiquiatrica e Saude Mental, frente as crescentes mudancas no mundo globalizado e seu acelerado processo de modernizacao cientifica e tecnologica. Objetiva discutir o fazer pedagogico no ensino da Enfermagem Psiquiatrica e Saude Mental, e sua interface com os principios da Reforma Psiquiatrica e das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Graduacao em Enfermagem. Para sua sustentacao teorica, adota como referencia alguns construtos da Reforma Psiquiatrica e das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Curso de Graduacao em Enfermagem, e sua relacao com fatores constituintes do fazer pedagogico na Enfermagem Psiquiatrica e Saude Mental. Evidencia que nao basta apontar questoes tecnicas relativas a conteudos e ensino, procedimentos didaticos, metodos e tecnicas pedagogicas; e necessario superar desafios e implementar as mudancas, pautando-se numa nova perspectiva, e ousando colocar em questao a natureza do saber e das praticas institucionais psiquiatricas.This theoretical study addresses the education system for Psychiatric Nursing in an increasingly changing world of accelerated scientific and technological modernization. The objective is to discuss the pedagogy in Psychiatric Nursing, and its interface with the principles of the Brazilian psychiatric reform and national curriculum guidelines of nursing undergraduate courses. The theoretical foundation of the study consisted of constructs of the Brazilian psychiatric reform and national curriculum guidelines of nursing undergraduate courses and their relationship to factors constituting the pedagogy in psychiatric nursing. The study shows that it is not enough to identify technical issues regarding contents and teaching, didactic procedures, methods and pedagogical techniques; it is necessary to implement changes, using a new perspective and by daring to question the nature of knowledge and institutional psychiatric practices.

Representações sociais sobre o cuidar do doente mental no domicílio

The object of this study is the social representations built by family on taking care of the mental patient at home and it brings as its goals: to apprehend the social representations built by the family on taking care of the mental patient at home, to analyze the aspects that influence taking care of them. The collection were analyzed through Correspondence Factorial Analysis, by the software Tri-Deux-Mots. From these analysis apprehend the social representations built by the family on taking care of the mental patient at home. In the factorial analysis of correspondence, through the stimuli mental disease and taking care of a mental patient, words like attention, pain, get sick, aggression, unbalance.O presente estudo tem como objetivos apreender e analisar as representacoes sociais construidas pela familia sobre o cuidar do doente mental no domicilio e orientado pela Teoria das Representacoes Sociais. O campo de estudo foi o Centro de Saude Mental Professor Aristedes Novis, em Salvador-BA, os sujeitos da pesquisa foram 100 familiares que cuidam de doentes mentais em casa. Os dados pela Analise de Conteudo categorial tematica de Bardind e pela da Analise Fatorial de Correspondencia, atraves do software Tri-Deux-Mots. A analise de conteudo apreendeu as representacoes sociais do cuidar do doente mental construidas pelas familias. A Analise Fatorial de Correspondencia complementou com as palavras: atencao, dor, adoece, agressao e desequlibrio.

Algumas considerações sobre o processo de desinstitucionalização

Este artigo, desenvolve algumas consideracoes sobre o processo de desinstitucionalizacao. Para tanto, considera as dificuldades em se reverter a concepcao e o estigma da loucura na sociedade, conformada ao longo da historia, assim como, a consolidacao de uma infra estrutura necessaria a esse processo, a qual mantem relacao direta com todos os sujeitos sociais e determinacoes politicas.This study develops some considerations about the deinstitutionalization process considering the conception and stigma of madness, and the difficulties to reverse it in society as it was constructed through history. Authors analyse the consolidation of the necessary infrastructure to this process, making direct relations with all social subjects and policy determination.

Competência interpessoal no cuidado de pessoas com diabetes: percepção de enfermeiros

This is a qualitative and exploratory study which aimed to apprehend the perceptions of nurses who care for people with Diabetes on the interpersonal competence. The subjects were eleven nurses who performed their activities in the Units of Family Health in the urban area, and completed a consent form. The data, obtained through semi-structured interview, were analyzed and categorized by thematic analysis. The results showed that nurses perceive the interpersonal competence as an ability to interact with the patient, as the establishment of an effective interpersonal relationship and as forms of interpersonal relationships. It appeared that the exercise of that power is not subject to standardization, what emphasizes the uniqueness of the processes of interaction and of health care.Estudio de investigacion cualitativo y exploratorio que objetivo aprehender las percepciones de enfermeros que cuidan a personas con Diabetes sobre competencia interpersonal. Los sujetos fueron once enfermeros que realizaban sus actividades en Unidades de Salud de la Familia en el area urbana y completaran el formulario de consentimiento. Los datos, recogidos a traves de entrevistas semi-estructuradas, fueron analizados y categorizados por el analisis tematico. Los resultados mostraron que las enfermeras perciben la competencia interpersonal como la capacidad de interactuar con el paciente, tales como el establecimiento de una relacion interpersonal eficaz y como formas de relaciones interpersonales. Parece que el ejercicio de esta facultad no esta sujeto a la normalizacion, que hace hincapie en la singularidad de los procesos de interaccion y atencion de la salud.

Pesquisa em enfermagem psiquiátrica: concepções e expectativas de enfermeiros que atuam em instituições psiquiátricas

This research has as objects of study the conceptions and expectations of the clinical nurses in psychiatric institutions about the research developed in this area. It has the purpose to identify conceptions and expectations, enabling the identification of the process of dissemination and utilization of the research in the attention and administration of psychiatric nursing care. It was developed with nurses that work in psychiatric institutions at Salvador, in March, 1997. 25 nurses who worked in the period were interviewed expressing their opinions concerning the theme in study, through semi-structured interview. Results were quantitatively analysed, based on the theoretical-methodological design of the Social Representations. It was possible to conclude that the great part of the nurses interviewed mentioned that they did not have access to research in this area, as well as demonstrated difficulty of find the relations and influence of these research in their service, however they admit its importance to personal and professional development, that certainly, reflects on nursing care.Esta investigacao tem como objeto de estudo as concepcoes e expectativas de enfermeiros que atuam em instituicoes psiquiatricas, em relacao as pesquisas desenvolvidas nessa area. Tem como objetivo, identificar essas concepcoes e expectativas, possibilitando tracar um perfil sobre o processo de divulgacao e utilizacao dessas pesquisas na atencao e administracao da assistencia de Enfermagem Psiquiatrica. Foi desenvolvida junto a enfermeiros que trabalham em instituicoes psiquiatricas da cidade de Salvador, durante o mes de marco do corrente ano. Foram entrevistados 25 enfermeiros que se encontravam em servico no periodo previsto para a realizacao da coleta de dados, os quais emitiram suas opinioes concernentes ao tema em apreco, atraves de um roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturada. Os resultados, qualitativamente analisados, apoiaram-se nos pressupostos teorico-metodologicos das Representacoes Sociais, permitindo concluir-se que a maioria dos enfermeiros entrevistados referiu nao ter acesso as pesquisas especificas da area, bem como demonstrou dificuldade em estabelecer relacao e influencia dessas pesquisas nos seus servicos, muito embora admitissem sua importância para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, o que, por certo repercutiria, sobremaneira, na assistencia prestada pelo enfermeiro.
