Application of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in regional agricultural machinery advice station

Local administrative departments in charge of agricultural machinery should focus more capital investment on constructing the regional advice station for agricultural machinery, which could help improve the agricultural mechanization level, increase the income and reduce the labor intensity of farmers. However, there existed problems like embezzlement and poor construction effect during the project implementation at present. Therefore, performance appraisal of the project should be strengthened to boost the service efficiency of the funds used in founding the regional agricultural machinery advice station. This paper put forward the performance indicators for the regional agricultural machinery advice station by means of expert consultation, and built up an evaluation indicator system applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The evaluation indicator system was finally proved highly scientific and reliable by example demonstration.

Exploration and innovation of the construction for transportation public elective courses at universities

The kind of transportation public elective courses was an important part of the course-system. Through questionnaire surveys, it summed up the traits in the construction of transportation public elective courses, and analysis the major problems. Combining with the needs of cultural quality education at universities, it brought out strategies in teaching method, practice, examination and so on, the above provides references for carrying out cultural quality education at university.

Evaluation index system of research projects in agricultural mechanization

A new evaluation index system was established on the research projects in agricultural mechanization. Then it has been proved scientifically by way of expert consultation. The system confirmed the weight of evaluation index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process. And it proposed the method based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment. At last, the evaluation models reliability has been proved through experiment.

Investigation and Analysis of Fruits and Vegetables Transportation

The planting area of fruits and vegetables accounts for 18% of the total area of crops in China, and the annual output of fruits and vegetables is more than 700 million tons,ranking the first in the world. However, about 20~25% of fruits and 30% of vegetables was lost due to decay. Unreasonable transportation is one of the main reasons in the lost of fruits and vegetables. The key tasks for domestic fruits and vegetables industry are to improve the quality of fruits and vegetables, to strength food security and increase the value of fruits and vegetables. In this article, through studying on domestic fruits and vegetables transportation,the status was investigated,and the main questions which existed in domestic fruits and vegetables transportation were analyzed. Combining with the national conditions,some suggestions were proposed in policies support , research, transportation mode, industry association and so on,which provided references for domestic fruits and vegetables transportation in China.

Teaching Mode for Engineering Major Based on Multiple Practical Training

Practical training plays an important role on improving practice ability, innovative ability and overall ability of undergraduates in engineering major. The teaching mode based on multiple practical training is proposed, which focus on the skill training and student-oriented. Main features of the mode include course program combined with extra-curricular practice, on-campus training combined with external practice, teacher guiding combined with independent innovation and cooperation among industries, Universities and research institutes. The main contents of the mode are building specialized experimental platforms by optimizing the allocation of educational resources, depending on the key laboratory to develop a cognition-understanding-innovation and student-oriented experimental mode, building integrated training-employment platforms and finishing technological innovation projects depended on high-level professional competitions to expand extra-curricular activities.

Study on Construction of Engineering Major in Agricultural Universities

As engineering major is an important part in agricultural universities,the status and development trend of engineering major in agricultural universities are analyzed in this article. On the basis of the requirements of higher education, the position of major construction is defined. The teaching quality of engineering major in agricultural universities should be improved, so as to meet the needs of high-quality talents. In the article considering modern agricultural engineering, some concrete measures about the reform of engineering major in agricultural universities were proposed, such as optimizing program, improving lecturers, strengthening the research on science and teaching, building experimental platforms, implementing extra practices and so on, which provided references for the construction of engineering major in agricultural universities.
